I have a deep hatred for the game after they banned my progress of almost 10 years in play wild along with my classic account, it was not only time, but also money, when I tried to appeal, They came out with the nerve to say that according to their "privacy policy" they can't unban, so what are the appeals for? I swear they banned me for something really stupid. I must admit that I was very emotionally and mentally affected, because sometimes I dream that I get unbanned and I can have everything again, I just want my outfit, I tried to get it by doing commissions but..I've given up, I just want the game to close.

@swiggswoot Forcing players to stay up past midnight for hours to purchase items was one thing in of itself that wasn't really a mess-up, it was moreso just the scheduling being fucked up from the beginning. Items being sold in the sale were only available for a few hours each, meaning the margin of time in which players could get these items weren't only very odd (at least for the high demand stuff), but also high-stake. Not taking into account players who have jobs, or for players who aren't adults- those who get their phones taken at night or need to share devices (yk the target demographic which makes it worse 😭). But the true "mess-up" was the timing of maintenance being done on both games. For that 5-6 hour window, 2 really high demand items, the goldfish platform shoes, and the Arabian palace den- despite players not being able to access animal jam severs at all ☠- were still counting down. Their timers ran out. The maintenance was so POORLY timed that most, nearly all players (will an exception of a few), never even got the chance to purchase the platforms or the den. And in the meantime, on their social media accounts, when AJHQ responded to the backlash they gave little to no info on what was happening. It took basically a widespread outrage for AJHQ to do anything. They eventually put the platforms and the den in the sapphire shop for a 24 hour window- but it was crazy. Another high demand item was the double racoon tail, and that did not have any maintenance interference- but the scheduling choices with that was downright horrendous. I stayed up so late that night I was damn near passing out by the time I could buy some.

I used to love the daily jamaaliday gifts as a kid, and since returninf to AJ when i was a 19 year old (im 21 now but i started playing again at 19) im sad to see not only did they mess up the jamaaliday gifts, but theyve been completely neglecting Classic :{ I am glad they kinda did away with releasing headdresses tho. Even tho as a kid i wanted one so bad, looking back that was always kinda,,, yknow.

i think people need to chill out when it comes to aj classic and its updates saying they suck and such when they are trying is crazy to me because they could just not do anything at all. a lot of its player base is seriously uninformed and just believe they only want to focus on the mobile version. Aj classic is made on flash wich is no longer running and the process of making updates and such happen is way hard to do because of how old it is. i wish ppl were more understanding and didnt default to petty name calling when things fall behind or are messed up.
