before the breach happened back in 2020, my windows 10 broke so i had to use a chromebook (which doesnt run animal jam and i was inactive) then the breach happened, and in jan 2021 flash died. so i couldnt log into my account until today as of writing this, because i found an old windows 8 and downloaded animal jam classic. i logged in with the right password, but it didnt work. tried to reset, but it said my moms email wasnt "in records" THATS WHEN I REMEMBERED THE BREACH i looked up my moms email on "was i pwned?" and yep, she was in 13 data breaches including the animal jam data breach. so because animal jam reset my password, she cant login to her email as of writing this because she cant get her passwords in her bag right now, but even if she did get into her email, the email AJ sent would be deleted because she cleans her email out... so all may be lost, but i still have the option of contacting ajhq, lets hope i have luck.... if not... im gonna have to make a new acc, buy member ship, and hope people will trade me and i eventually get all my good items back through fair trade.... but people on animal jam can be mean sometimes lol. all i wanted to do was play my childhood game man

Not the point the email you used has been sold on the dark web as well as passwords in encrypted form meaning if u have any of the same passwords and email for anything I suggest changing it. These people are not after your rares their internet hackers who can get ur IP address, IG anything u may have used your bank card on etc. They can also use your name for fraud

They vertify my information, sending a link to track your IP as long as you knew when did you create your account, where you made it, and if you have the original billing info. Right now im in the process of finally putting a new email in to get my account back

My device that I use for it is actually broken and it’s problem is that I can’t get on my device at all because it shows it updating then it turns of and keeps doing that. So I need it fixed.
