Animal Jam | The Forgotten Desert - My Best Rewards 3 [BLACK LONG COLLAR]

I finally won a black long collar on forgotten desert! And as you can see in the video opening ground chests does NOT make you get less good prizes, in fact it does nothing, and if anything you SHOULD open them since they give you prizes sometimes and their prizes include all rare spikes. There are no special techniques to get better prizes, so just play and stop telling people what to do.

Nadine it's not really a matter of how many levels you have, but it's likely you are gonna have a high level when you get them because spikes are a rare prize so you have to play it a lot.

I was playing the forgotten desert, and someone said "Ooh! I got a beta!" And another person said; "Can you stop talking, NOW?!". I said "Umm, that was rude..." and the person replied "GREAT! NOW YOU RUINED IT!" I was utterly confused and asked what I had ruined, and they yelled back, "YOU RUINED MY CHANCES AT GETTING A SPIKED COLLAR, I GOT ONE YESTERDAY AND I NEVER TALKED!" I told them that I had gotten a blue long earlier (different adventure, I am so happy) and one of the jammers I was adventuring with had talked. (They wanted to know if we had phantom items.) This person never replied, and she just left immediately, not even caring to finish the adventure. Um, wow. XD

I always go round the map first to collect the chests, and collect gems on my way. When finished, I use the map to help me search the places I haven't been. You should try it: it's really helpful, I hardly ever get all the way round before all the gems (except purple, I usually never do that) are collected.

I did it in Sony Vegas, the effect is in the soft contrast category called 'warm vigente' but I edited the settings to make the contrast higher and changed the tint.
