2 scenes were cut which were my personal favorites- 1. Where Ranbir comes from America, and meets his Dadaji and says “mai ab aa gaya hu na ab kahi nahi jaunga”, its in the trailer. 2. Another scene where Ranbir flies the plane back with his boys, he is sitting in the cockpit as the camera zooms in on his face, as he takes off the plane, its in the end of B Praak’s song on youtube… Sadly, these beautiful scenes were cut..!

​​@@gurkiratsingh79completely agree with you ...there are so many writting flaws in the movie ..but ranbir pull the whole cinema on his shoulder by brilliant acting ❤ I mean after heart transplant surgery a patient generally advised a complete bed rest for 2 weeks to 3 weeks then regain his power slowly slowly at the end of 3 months but in the movie 😂😂😂😂😂 ranbir coming back to home nudely with full Josh and within not even 1 month he slept with someone else with rubbish writting logic that too even without protection wowwww and goes to Scotland to kill Bobby the main villain and didn't get arrested in foreign for doing this kind of crime and easily within minute coming back to home by saying papaa papaaa.. ridiculous writting 🙃👏and I just couldn't understand the fact that after knowing that one brother of Bobby who lives in istanbul already went for face surgery so that he will become the body double of ranbir then why ranbir couldn't kill him first .. because that's the more dangerous villain of the film at that time if go as per script😅

As badal pointed out that he chooses his father over wife and what vanga wrote here is that vijay is gone so addictive for his love for his father that he loses all sanity and becomes insane , altho it was to found out the villian and that's why he sleeps with zoya and even put stakes on his marriage. Here he becomes as title suggest " ANIMAL" . Thats what vanga did in writing, there was layers and depth , people will not realise it now but in future they will. Just like happens with some underrated films.

It's not a perfect movie Editing was weird sloppy, story was hit n miss most of the time , nd the violence was very little Direction of SRV was grt nd engaging it will hook audience till the end acting was also delightful ranbir did exceptional performance of his career 2.5 ⭐ for me

Bro I sort agree and disagree with you. The editing of the first half is perfect. It was cohesive and did not have tonal shifts like a lot of mass movies. The second half tho was extremely hit or miss with the way shit was written and it was worse when they spent 45 min on an affair scene that had no value in the plot of this movie and holds little value in the sequel

Only first half is good.2nd half vanga added random stuff which is disrespectful to women without any need to story. AND VAnga also missed opportunity to give more screen time to bobby and add more value to story. 2nd half it felt like vanga showing some random stuff which has got nothing to do with story just vulger and unnecessary. VANGA has ruined it in the 2nd half with his sick. Ind with this random studf added which was totally unrelated to story and just lengthen the run time and slowed the movie down. Instead he could have use bobby to show how he made plan to send tripti to india and found heart doner and all that. Also it was not shown or explained in the movie that how does ranvir found out tripti is sent by bobby. And also why would tripti will tell ranvir full plan about what bobby was trying to do and later she went back to them, its just doesn't make sense. I think an opportunity lost , movie could have been lot better if vanga used some common sense🤷‍♂️

They could have decreased his abuse towards his wife and shown more about the history of the familial relations in swastik or shown more relations between father and son. They didn’t do any of that and gave us a crappily written second half. Atleast if u want emotion, write it well
