I have seen them in captivity in Britain. But, on my last day in LUXOR EGYPT, One flew down and landed on a lawn. I followed it with my heart racing with joy as i snapped away with my camera. That same week, i was watching a Black Kite from the outside pool. Egypt is fantastic for bird watchers. If youve never seen a Hooded Crow, then go to Cairo or Eire. Thousands of them but ultra rare in Britain.
