During this verses, Its a doubler, which acts very much like a chorus by slightly pitch shifting the vocal and panning it out.It also sounds like there's a bit of small room reverb on there. When the pre-chorus hits, it switches to a long reverb. When the chorus kicks in, it's actually double tracked.
