Kneeling trembling with 2 broken legs, the puppy cried as his owner coldly left

A woman called us asking for help with a puppy case, a man left the dog there in the cold snow and when we got there the puppy was still sitting there.
We tried to treat the puppy and it took longer than expected but we got the results we deserved.
The puppy's new name is Mitenka and he is living a happy life.
