I think I made this short kids animation deeper than it had to be.. All of the horse shoes resemble each of the horses abusives relationships. In the beginning, he was pretending to be happy when he really wasn’t at all. When he lost one shoe he immediately wanted to connect with them again but he couldn’t, the bond wasn’t strong enough. And the reason why he hated the clouds so much was because he didn’t want to be alone or sad. Then let’s go onto the clouds, rain = not going anywhere and staying in your house Snow = staying in your bed all day and only getting up to get food or go to the bathroom Lighting = depression. The reason there wasn’t any fourth cloud was because the horse realized that without those abusive relationships holding him back he was happier! So in other words “the fourth cloud” was the Sun ( = Joy )
