A hypothetical controlled chariot requiem (not berserk) solos the Jojo verse, no diff. Pretty sure he beats Wonder over You, depends on how you wanna scale the calamity and if it counts as an attack towards requiem. A 1v1 with any other stand will always end in a draw for the opposing stand, best case scenario, because the only way to beat chariot requiem is to destroy your own soul, which will always end in a draw.

Calamity exist as a concept of fate of everything, brings any misfortunes or bad luck, tragedies or even death and will always be there even WOU is dead, so it's not count as a attack but a natural force that being manipulated by WOU who doesn't even need to attack but seeing or even thought about him can trigger calamities to those, but i guess chariot requiem doesn't have anything on his mind, only the arrow.
