Very nice but how can I use Root Motion for this? When I disable Root Motion, the gun snaps away and comes back after the animation ended. When I enable it, it works kinda, but when I shoot to often, the gun moves a little bit away. Idk why.

I had a sway script for my weapon so my weapon would sway when I moved the mouse. Since I created the idle animation and stuff, it doesn't sway anymore. Do you have any tips on this?

My animation plays when i click the mouse button but it loops and i have to click the mouse button again for it to stop, I have already turned looping off in the reload tile but it is still happening...

Okay so im confused and if someone could help id appreciate it. So, im doing all my anims through anim.SetBool("etc"), true/false); etc i have a defaulted state as "Idle" i have a transition from idle, to ADS and another transition from ADS to ADSFiring animation but when i enable the ADSFiring and disable the ADS it plays the Idle anim instead. Ps. All the conditions are set accordingly.

not entirely sure but I think ADS should stay as true since you're firing while in ADS.

Hah, finally fixed my problem after 3 hours straight coding. problem was I was using bool parameter for shoot state, NEVER DO THAT EVER! just use Trigger.

if one wants to replecate the m4-1a of maverick you recoil animation needs to be lower then 0.08 seconds as it appears xD ... balanced weapon i must say Thanks for the tutorials .. they are short sweet and easy too understand
