I've solved it "the wrong way" by having another background image (for example black) in the background. But there's probably a better way to fix it! :)

Hm... I think that comes down to the software and rendering settings. What software and settings did you use?

Hi do you know if .webm is safe to use commercially instead of .ogg? and did you do anything special to keep the video quality the same? When I convert into .ogg or .webm the video becomes very blurry and patchy. I converted through VLC instead, so should I try another converter? (thank you for creating such helpful videos regardless!)

hi! your tutorial helped me a lot! i was wondering how to make more than one animated background. like for other backgrounds do you put "mov_back2" or something? i tried but it just shows a checkered background. do you know whats wrong?

i would also like to say that in the game files the first animated background shows the image but the other ones just show up like a normal ogg file

Hm... I think it should work by defining another movie file and call it something else. In the coming weeks I'm planning to either start a subreddit or Discord for this channel and then I'll be able top help you better :)

@@swedishgamedev Yeah I needed to uninstall media explorer something and I was able to delete ogg files again either way it was just crushing my system after clicking it or trying to delete it, but now ts good. Great tutorials tho!

I did the same like: image mov_back = Movie(play="images/test.ogv") But it shows my movie like it did to 'eileen happy' in your video, a grey character. How can i change it? And thank you.
