Jim the 20th floor must be restricted because you were right that floor is messy and there's mold all over the brick walls and installation fiver glass up there. You need a key to go to the sub basement. That floor is for employees only.

I doubt I would ever get off 20 or PH, that floor was so creepy I would send that elevator with floor 20 up to the PH without going in it. JimLiElevators, maybe there was probably an exit stairway on 20 and use that. So peculiar that floor 20 has no call button at all. Maybe after the penthouse closed, I think they took the call button out.
