Everything for ipad you have to make in the Folio Overlay panel. You can preview SWF-animations with the preview button at the bottom of the Animation panel.

i dont know how to fix this problem so can you help me please? After the rotation of dropping down and then reversing it... i am unable to make it drop again... it just stops working. (I'm exporting it as HTML)

Tim Pijls Yeah had the same problem, this has to do with the object arrangement within a layer. - Your first rolldown button (opens rolldown anim) should be arranged to front. - The second rolldown button (closes rolldown anim) arranged to back - Second rolldown button needs the option "hidden until triggered" selected. Not sure how it behaves exported to HTML but this definitely fixes the problem in SWF.

Could I use this dropdown menu in an interactive PDF? I know if I exported a swf and reimported it, it would work on a page of a PDF, but if I wanted to use this as a nav bar for the entire PDF, is there a way to program the buttons to go to a different page of the PDF?

i used anchor points to direct me to the dropdown links - i need this for an interactive PDF but it doesn't work for that - I presume i need to export to SWF and then place this in my indd?

Hi TheJdreggs I was facing the same problem. what i did was brought the first button "to front" and the copied one (which brings back menu items) beneath the original. And it was working. I dont know if if it is right solution but it worked for me. Cheers :)

I can get the roll down animation to work only once. I can't get it to repeat itself so people can only see the menu once then the button triggering the roll down doesn't work again. What step am I missing?

Because it generate flash code swf so it can't be used on an Ipad nor the content viewer. I thought you can use it in pdf or export to Flash, (than import in Indesign again and eport to html 5 ?), if you want.

When I click on the button the first time the menu flies up and back down quickly, but every time after the first click it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this glitchyness?

It didn't work for me. I tried for hours and ir simply would not work, which is very very weird since I tried this in another project and it worked beautifully. Ugh.
