Singed is on record quoting that certain stimuli would continue to drive the human “response,” it’s just that in Vander’s case, he couldn’t have guessed what stimuli it would be. For his daughter, he’s certainly willing to guesstimate for years to bring her back. What’s a few more to make sure she feels?

Fr lol to me it's not even a theory, Jinx is for a fact alive. This sets up perfectly her arch of joining a pirate crew; in LoL lore she does leave piltover and join/form this ragtag group of people/misfits from different places and they travel and adventure. It's a game called odyssey plus she has a robot arm in it which falls in line since she survived that explosion. It's already been announced that there will be a bunch of spinoffs for a universe so there will definitely be more Jinx in the future 😁

One thing i love about Jinx and Vi's fight against Warwick is that their struggles were the complete opposite from each other Jinx was fast enough to hit him, but her attacks weren't strong enough to hurt him While Vi on the other hand was probably strong enough to cause real damage, but she wasn't fast enough to hit him (he kept dodging her all the time) They both seem to realize that and kept trying to use their advantages to help each other, with Jinx shooting him with bullets and missels to distract him enough so Vi could hit him

“Are you still in this fight, Violet”? I interpreted this line as Caitlyn asking Vi if she still had the will to live, to keep going. Prior to episode 5 of season 2, whenever Vi was at her lowest she either had a goal or someone close to her to keep her going. She is always fighting for someone or something. When she was in prison she had the goal of reuniting with her sister. When Jinx attacked the council, Vi had the goal of confronting her sister as well as Caitlyn to lean on. When she loses both her sister and Caitlyn at the end of episode 3, for the first time in her life she was completely directionless. When Jinx comes back into her life and says that Vander needs help, Vi has a purpose again. When she loses Jinx in the final episode, she fortunately has Caitlyn to be there for her. And now even though she has Caitlyn, she doesn’t have a goal. No sister to fight or save, no father, she only has Caitlyn. Caitlyn looking at the map of the tunnels at the end, was her using her detective skills to figure out if Jinx could’ve escaped through the tunnels. I think she was also debating whether to tell Vi that information, would telling Vi about her theory help her or would it make her self destruct. For all we know Jinx could still be dead. From the conversation they have before they bang, Caitlyn knows that Violet tends to blame herself for everything bad that happens in her life, I think that’s the reason Caitlyn doesn’t tell Vi her theory. We see Violet taking Jinx’s “death” better than expected, while she does have a drink in her hand she’s not binge drinking like we’ve seen her do throughout this season. Instead she’s humming the song their mom used to sing to her and Jinx when they were little. She doesn’t her hands wrapped up like she normally does, that shows us that’s not ready for a fight like she normally is. Caitlyn is even pleasantly surprised and amused by her humming, she hasn’t seen this side of her before. Once Vi explains to Cait the relevance of the tune she was humming, Cait’s smile drops and she uses a somber tone to ask her if she’s “still in this fight”. After all Cait is worried about Vi, as for the second time in her life Vi has no goal. What is Vi’s goal now that her sister and dad are gone? Our main characters all have inner demons to face, some of them handle that well, others do not. The last time Vi lost something she handled it extremely poorly, Caitlyn knows this. Ultimately the “fight” Cait is referring to at the end is the fight to live, to keep going. At the end Vi reaffirms to Cait that she will keep going and that she’ll always be at her side: “I’m the first under your nails, cupcake. Nothings going to clean me out”. Obviously the problems with Zaun and Piltover aren’t going to be fixed overnight. Even though Seveika has a seat in the council, the other councillors are clearly bothered by her presence. The “fight” could also refer to the need to keep fighting for the ongoing peace between Zaun and Piltover.

Jayce didn’t really leave Mel alone when he went with Viktor. That last scene of them together was them breaking things off. I think they had a casual romance, but it never got to progress to a deep level. He had only been with Mel in the past year or so in the Arcane timeline. In comparison, he spent 7 years with Viktor and they were also pretty much confirmed to be soulmates destined to meet in every universe. It’s completely reasonable why Jayce went with Viktor.

I find it funny how a lot of people interpreted Jayce as a noble hero, when Ekko was the one who really made the difference. In every timeline Jayce dooms the world and reaches the same finale. He is too impulsive and ruins everything because of it. He is too hasty to work with hex tech, decides to go with VI into mines and kills a child for no gain in the end, connects Viktor to a hextec core, shoots Viktor without explaining what he saw and finally doesn't even check if he really killed him.But people somehow come to the conclusion "Jayce was a hero", when his every mistake led to a worse situation for everyone.

Yeah I don't think Jayce thought about Mel much since he lost Viktor. His priority was either get his partner back or stop him from becoming what he knew Viktor wouldn't want to be. Jayce and Mel respected each other in the end but they had different priorities and paths. Jayce is intertwined with Viktor across all universes and would do anything to share his fate with him while Mel has an opportunity to take control of her life and become a leader of her people in her mother's place.

Exactly, even after the explosion Jace was like 'I understand now, my place was always here with you in the lab'... I love Victor and Jace' story sm! Victor was my favorite character since S1 and it was heartbreaking to watch him loose more and more of his humanity, because it was exactly his humanity what I've admired about him the most (just as Jace said). His compassion, strong moral compas, intelligence, ambitions, sassines... These qualities made Victor such an amazing character. The fact that only Jace could save 'our' Victor is truly beautiful! I love the idea that they finished this together, I mean, since S1 it was 'Their Hex-Tech dream'... ✨🥲🖤 As someone in the comments said 'Victor and Jace's story is the best bromance shit I've ever seen!!' 💯🥺

​@justynamietlicka6338 Tbh, I hated how they portrayed Viktor as a villain and the final boss and greater evil that needs to be defeated by everyone and even connecting Piltover and Zaun, which is exactly what Viktor always wanted from the start, and speed running his development just so he could be somewhat like his League counterpart who isn't even a villain and just someone who helps people with their permission smh. At least they made him regret his decision, revealed that the mage who saved Jayce and his mom was Viktor and that he went back in time multiple times to try and avoid the dystopian future and had him save the world with Jayce by destroying the anomaly. I wish they just went with his League of Legends version and had him heal people with his inventions in Zaun instead of having him heal people with his new Arcane abilities and creating a hive mind community where he can make a peaceful, warless and painless reality come true and basically turning into a god at the end. But, I also agree that his relationship wirh Jayce was really wholesome and well written and I'm happy that they got to be together at the end, whereever they are now.

@WinkooVision i think the difference in this story is arcane and hexcore themselves. since it's not just machinery but magic, they wanted to show how something like hexcore could corrupt or twist even the best intentions. the fact that Viktor was able overcome it eventually despite the immense power arcane and hexcore had is a bigger testament to his strong will (and the strength of his bond with Jayce af course). i enjoyed the whole connection to arcane even more than the original story since the possibilities of it are so large-scale. i won't be surprised Viktor and Jayce are somehow connected to celestial realm at this spoint

Cait is excellent investigator and the scene of her examining blueprints implies she suspects Jinx managed to escape. Then Cait hears Vi sing and goes to check on her. We see Vi is sad and in mourning. Worried about her Cait asks (using Violet's full name to emphasize she is being very serious) "Are you still in this fight?" meaning "Are you okay? Did you not give up?". Because almost all of Vi's life was a constant fight and a struggle. And for the majority of it the main reason Vi kept going was her love and attachment to the sister. Cait is worried whether with Jinx gone Vi will be able to recover readjust and find new purpose to live. And if she didn't get a firm answer she most likely would have told VI about her suspicions of Jinx being still alive. But Vi reassures her "I am the dirt under your nails, Cupcake. Nothing's gonna clean me out". Meaning "Don't worry - i am not that easy to break and you are not gonna get rid of me that easily". And because of that answer Cait decides to stay silent. Not because of an egotistical desire to keep Vi solely for herself. But because she understands if Vi will have doubts about Jinx being dead she will not be able to move on. And because she knows that is what Jinx would have wanted. That was exactly the reason why Jinx did it. She understood that Vi will not be able to let her go (as she said in the prison cell). But she also didn't want to be a burden and "jinx" for Vi anymore. She truly wanted Vi to be happy. So she did what she did. So with mixed feelings (you can see that in her face expression) Cait decides to honor Jinx's attempt to break the cycle and keeps her thoughts and suspicions to herself hoping it truly will be best for everyone this way. - Maybe we will see them again. Because make no mistake there will be more seasons to come. They may have a different title but it still will be the same universe. And maybe it will even be like a whole big picture of the world where all or most of those stories will eventually be connected and come together. Or maybe they were connected all along we just don't know it yet. And it will be one huge epic story in the end. There are even indications of that already. For example Black Rose's hints in conversation with Mel about the waking up of the arcane and approaching calamity which Runeterra has not seen since rune wars. This may be and probably will be much bigger than just the story of Piltover and Zaun. So is this farewell or just a goodbye for now? Who knows. Time will tell

I mean in Cait's defense, it was pretty obvious both her and Mel had a mutual understanding that they would fight Mel's mother together lol. Despite all the Mel hyping, neither of them could take her out on their own, it had to be a group effort. Apparently Jayce and Viktor are confirmed dead by Christian Linke (one of series creator) since they are the reason why it all happened in the first place, they had to pay for their "crimes" in one way or another. It was the main reason Piltover can move on after the incident. And they basically confirmed Jinx is indeed alive and most likely will be in the next series. And for Heimerdinger, as long as they don't retcon Yordle lore that much he would just be back in bandle city. For info about Jayce and Viktor I mentioned and Jinx you can watch their Afterglow ACT 3 episode where the cast and creators talk about it.

Honestly I haven't watched many series you guys posted, but if any of them has as much work and dedication I'm gonna have to watch all. The sketch at the beginning, the careful pick of freezeframes so that the emotion of the scene isn't lost (ex: 7:40 when the betrayal got revealed), and legit just being very entertaining with your reactions makes for such a really good ending to a show that (for me at least) isn't just a 2-season experience, those characters have been with me since I was a kid and I discovered League. Ambessa is misunderstood so much xD, Ambessa is actually just a caring mother, and she genuinely cares about Mel. On the other episode she said "Mel is safer as enemy", so the reason why Mel saved her here is to just finally kill Black Rose, learning the Black Rose's true identity by going along with her plan. Ambessa not wanting to take side with Mel when Mel offered her to go against Black Rose together is just her being determined and not wanting to take chances of losing her daughter. Though Ambessa actually is desperate to save Mel by joining Viktor in a hope to destroy Black Rose.

The fact that Viktor had said to Sky “I will miss our talks” and she said…. “No, you wont.” That was so haunting at the moment to me, and now looking back is even more haunting-- “he” would be gone, just like any true traces of Vander would eventually/soon. If Sky was indeed a spiritual presence in the higher realms Viktor had access to, from another plane and was actually Sky’s essence, or even if as some people speculate “Sky” was an apparition and phantom creation of the deepest parts of his subconscious and humanity-- regardless of what she/it was, Viktor or something outside of Viktor-- “Sky” knew that “he” wouldnt miss anything because “he” wouldnt be a consciousness with feelings soon. I love how Jayce' hammer crumbles at the end as if the time-loop cycle finally breaks. Also, we're all huffing copium but i'm a firm believer in Jinx surviving the fall. You can see a streak of purple just before the explosion like the ones she exuded from her eyes when she did the weird shimmer dashes. There's also the fact that the last shot we see is the blimp (something the mentions in season 1, episode 1 that she'll ride one day) followed by a brief 'the end' impact frame written in Jinx' style. Also, Spidey's commentary was so good this episode. His comments on how cool Ambessa is and the 'You know how hard someone has to hit you to correct the axis of something?' had me rolling. It's been a joy to watch you all view Arcane :D

I feel like this wasn't really mentioned but is kind of an important fact to Singed's storyline. Singed's daughter (Orianna) is in fact NOT sick. You guys compared him to Mr. Freeze in a previous episode, but Mr. Freeze's wife is actually sick. Singed is just terrified of the concept of death and that one day it will claim his daughter as it claims all of us. So he is doing what he can to keep his daughter free from deaths clutches, hence why he turned her into a robot there at the end. Singed is most definitely a walking war crime.

Even for Warwick, there's heavy implications that he's alive with Vander still in there, not just the whole instant regeneration aspect of the character (and surviving an explosion three times the size in his less advanced state), but other stuff like there being two strikes moving away from the explosion, him starting to cry after being released from Viktor's control, having a flashback from Vander's POV of him watching over the girls when Jinx hugged him. Besides some of the supporting characters (Rictus, Loris, Maggie), Isha and Ambessa are the only significant characters that are for sure dead. The ending itself even felt like opening doors for the expanded universe, and not like a grand finish.

the Creators and Actors kind of blew the mystery when they were asked if Jinx survived,Ella in particular looks really guilty,hiding behind her question card, They are leaving it open, So She is Alive. They do this a lot and my lotta movies and shows when they leave characters Fates ambiguous, so in near or far future, they can bring the character back some post credit reveal. with Piltover & Zaun believing her dead. She finally took that Leap leaving her soulmate,her sister and home behind to build something new,A new life,She found the Will to walk away so she can finally fill her own cup for a change. Start fresh. I think Jinx’s plan was to leave regardless after helping fight the Noxians. I think Ekko and the apparent romantic scenes that were cut where Ekko tell her about the Other Her, finding out that there is a good version of her, and it’s not too late for Jinx, they both build weapons together and paint each other, it’s unclear if she told Ekko or not that she was leaving, the fact he burned a paper, maybe she didn’t unless the paper was for the alternate Powder or it was for Heimerdinger. Cait figured out Jinx survived so maybe Ekko figured it out too, but had to let his soulmate go, She finally got to ride an airship ❤❤

Season 1 Tea Party scene Vi tells Jinx “we could just go & never come back” Jinx “where would we go?”. Then Season 2 When Jinx does a empty chair technique missing Silco, thinking about what Sevika said “ if you really want me to be part of your stupid revolution thing, speak up now, or I guess you’re really gone & THERE IS NO POINT ME STAYING HERE ANYMORE”. Ekko saying to Powder “ sometimes to take a leap forward,means having to leave a few things behind” Vander to Powder “ As good as it feels other people’s drink,YOU NEED TO FILL YOUR OWN CUP”. Then there was Jinx tricking Vi in Prison, she said to Vi “ YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ANYMORE, YOU DONT HAVE TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT BEING HAPPY, you deserve to be with her” then there was Jinx’s positive hallucination of Silco giving Sound advice “ perhaps the only way to break the cycle, is to HAVE THE WILL TO WALK AWAY”. After she was done, helping with the fight against the Noxians,Jinx was planning on leaving Zaun & Piltover,Ekko convinced her to not take her own life, & Jinx listened to her Inner Silco. After Vi broke down in front of Warwick like a dope, it was obvious what Jinx was going to do. Save her sister. This was the Perfect opportunity for Jinx to dip by faking her death. Last words to Vi from Jinx were “ always with you, sis”. Then, right before the main explosion, there’s a purple shimmer trail towards one of the air ducts,which Cait was researching the HexGate blueprints focused on the air ducts holding Jinx’s monkey bomb figure head, which wasn’t obliterated from the blast, no Body was found. Cait then tilted her head, and her, micro expression, indicated she was putting two into together. Jinx got away. And the very last seen, what are some random airship, which had no point in showing,unless it was the a callback to the beginning of the series when little saw an identical Airship & said “ONE DAY I’M GOING TO FLY ONE OF THOSE THINGS”, The Last scene of The Airship then gets Jinx’s mental scratch and cuts to “TH3 END” in Jinx’s Art style. Her story might be over. But the last scene along with all the foreshadowing was screaming Jinx survived and was leaving on the Airship. She Found The Will To Walk Away, since she realized thanks to Ekko it was never too late to build something new. Like Build A Life. Even though Jinx never got Vander’s advice from the AU Vander about “FILL YOUR OWN CUP” that is exactly what Jinx instinctually decided to do. As well as taking that Leap Forward and leaving a few things behind. Vi,Ekko and her Home Zaun. To start a New life. Bildgewater is probably right since it is full of Hunters,criminals,Gangs. With Jinx’s new look & everyone in Piltover & Zaun thinks she’s dead,she can start fresh maybe as a eccentric,Bounty hunter. Vi can move on with Cait, as long as she doesn’t tell Vi her Sister is alive. ❤❤ so that’s the bittersweet ending.The Sisters don’t get to be together anymore, but now they can live their own lives.

For people who don't know, Heimerdinger doesn't die. Yordles literally cannot die. When they "die" they go back to their homeland, Bandle City which is a place that's in a Spirit Realm. It's timeless just like they are since they live forever. It's why Heimerdinger knew the dangers of magic and knew the potential it had. So don't be sad! He's not dead, he went back to Bandle City. The only person known to be able to kill Yordles are character's like Shen from Ionia who can traverse between physical and spiritual realms.
