The little gear coin and it's importance is what you talked about, but it's also the very first thing to go through a hexgate, remember when Jayce and Viktor are floating after using hextech for the first time? The very first object to get pushed through the blue orb between both of them is that same gear coin. Jinx has it because she stole it when she exploded all those guards with Cait and stole the Hex gem. It's now made it's way back to Viktor after all that time once he called Jinx Powder. Right now this is just an overlooked coincidence, I'm sure it has some meaning.

By seeing this perfect world, he came to the conclusion that it was possible to make his own world better and that maybe even Jinx could take a different path. A lot is left to us to connect and make sense of, but the alternate world resolution between Silco and Vander would have been that Vander eventually touched base, with or without a note like he had attempted in the prime world. Given that Silco Prime was already a baron at the time of "the job", it's possible that their alternates made up even before Vi died and he didn't get that far.

I hate to say it but you guys missed something painful about the episode. Since Vi is not in the episode, and you see what has happened since she died, you will notice that when Vi makes a decision it leads to negative consequences for others. She never learned what Vander was trying to teach her about consequences. VI’s decisions based on emotion her herself and other, but when she let people in tohelp guide her to better choices things turned out better. Excellent writing by the creative team. other people her focus on the grea.

I have a kinda depressing theory. Since Heimerdinger went to the past and Ekko to the present but in the same world, Jayce's world could have been the future of the world they went to.

It isn't since Heimerdinger mentioned that Hextech wasn't invented during that timeline, so Viktor wouldn't have been able to achieve his glorious evolution and is most likely dead in that timeline. Also, I'm pretty sure Heimerdinger stated in that episode that Jayce went to a completely different timeline.

Also, from what we later learn about the arcane and Viktor, it is very much saying that realities only end up like the one Jayce went to because of him and Viktor meddling with the Arcane. Also, Heimerdinger says the arcane reacted differently to Jayce than him and Ekko, hence he believes he went to another reality.

Kinda like a canon event, with Powder's timeline being one of the exceptions. And to elaborate on the second part, I think what Heimerdinger meant with that statement is that the arcane was kinda targeting Jayce to send him where it wanted him to go. Whereas Ekko and Heimerdinger were just sent to a random reality.
