You should ask Xisuma for some guitar riffs and animate him busking in Scarland. Maybe even set up a little Hermit Band in there inside a Bandstand you or Scar could make. I’m not sure about the other Hermit’s musical abilities but I expect there is another that I don’t know of yet.

instead of having the armor stand constantly moving, you could hook up a piston to the sculk sensor so that when it gets activated, it pushes the second observer in place and the drummer starts moving as the sound plays and then stops when the music disk is over. i think that would be a cool effect and also be less laggy than the armor stand constantly moving

With how crazy KZbin can be with copyright strikes I'm surprised he took the risk. Especially when the drum playing will be in other videos.

@@edwardscott3262copyright strikes aren't automatic and not KZbin's decision unless they are the rights holder. Also, audio that isn't registered in Content ID alone won't trigger it--if that were the case, hermits using the same conversations in their videos would have issues constantly. Even when something is in Content ID, the rights holder is simply notified that their work was re-used, and they can decide what to do with it (claim, restrict, strike). They can have it perform certain actions automatically, but KZbin itself isn't making that decision. Now, technically, impulse does have copyright on that recording--even without officially filing it, he "fixed it to a medium" so that copyright starts the day he recorded it. However, it's his decision alone how and when to enforce it, so the hermits will be fine.

Impulse, not long now and you can graduate to Cleo’s advanced armor stand class! Good job. Maybe adjust the second stance a bit, so Keralis does a little head banging and foot pedal action? I hear foot pedals are all the rage now.

I think that would make a perfect Mini series or a short season. Add decked out 1 and 2 and go back in. Go back to the different seasons and grab all the games from their gaming districts. And then go and just go crazy and build the world around that adding new games update old ones

14:03 The map is important for knowing when all treasure/embers have been dropped, because some hermits will camp droppers until they’re all dispensed. This becomes increasingly important for cards like Reckless Charge which needs to be procked in a small time interval.

Amazing how just 2 frames gives such a nice drumming animation. Also great touch to it adding your own drumming audio. I had a drumset myself in the past, but although I got lessons I wasn't that passionate about the sound itself. The drum segment you did was very enjoyable though, so glad the full segment was shown.

Love the editing in decked out. I think it's an awesome idea to have like camera footage of the dungeon, my only warning is to double check with tango cause I know he had mentioned not wanting people to use any sort of camera mods inside the dungeon (free cam, replay mod etc.)

@@crazyflyingpoop yeah like I trust he wouldn't intentionally use replay mod to cheat but it would be a shame if he accidentally spoiled something for himself. That's the biggest reason tango didn't want camera mods, not that he thinks people would cheat but accidents happen.

@@cid_of_aro_ace_krebs yeah, but I assume the biggest thing would be accidentally knowing where an exact treasure/ember dispenser is located, where evokers and shreikers are, or the compass spots. I know you can learn those by memory from playing, but it’s that extra perspective that makes it different or an advantage, plus it’s just not fun to have the emersion of it all broken in that extra way. That’s what I assume is what wants to be avoided the most by having that rule

Custom models, custom sounds and music, animated armor stands... This isn't just Minecraft anymore, and I love it. I really like games that allow for a large amount of modding and customization since they let you play the way you want, and allow for some incredible feats. Tango's game, Scarland, and even the crowns from TCG and The Button are only a few examples of it. I wish more games allowed that, and that Minecraft never closes the door to that creative freedom and imaginative minds.

When you said "drumming buckets" I instantly recognized Drummer Gordo, the guy who performs street drumming by using only buckets, probably customized by making some holes here or there, but yeah the dude is amazing! For a tom drum, you could do a white stained glass block surrounded by spruce or dark oak trapdoors so you get that see through drum head effect while surrounding it with a solid shell.

It's nice to see the different & creative perspectives in your Decked Out runs, but I think Tango has said that replay mod and free cam are against the rules because it's too easy to find the secrets of the dungeon. Might want to check with him about that.

Good morning Impulse, Scar was suppose to have a TCG arena in one of the buildings to the right or left of the entrance to Scarland but it was never pushed through.. Also will there be a TCG Arena at Decked Out 2, for bored victims waiting their fate??

You could put people out on the street with walking animations, but have the armor stand itself under the street with flowing water to move it around so it looks like people are walking down the street!
