It's a nice video, for sure - but please do correct this though - the upward force on the block should just be the normal force by the table. It's not a "reaction" to anything - it's a necessary consequence of Newton's first law, since the block stays on the table). Far too many students believe (and some teachers apparently teach) that the force by the table on the block is the Newton's third law pair connected to the weight of the block, and this isn't so.

The normal force is a reaction to the normal force of the box on the table, if you must think in those terms, so, sure, in that respect, I guess you could call it a reaction force. (but in this respect, EVERY force is a reaction force relative to some other force - this is specifically why I think the term "reaction force" is really problematic and pedagogically unwise to use). And more to my main point, that labelled force on the is *not* a reaction to the weight of the box, but this is what is implied by the video. It's a major pedagogical problem.
