Adobe Animate CS6, but it's discontinued and hard to get, i recomend flash 8 (thats easy to get, and is available for free) or adobe animate CC (paid, but very good, i can say it because i have it nyself)

I usually take the foot sprites from Zach Hockersmith sprite pack. They are in Dissenter style, however, You can just delete the layer with shading, and You get foot sprites in old Madness Project Nexus Classic style

Sheeesh what's the trick to drag stuff around so precise and smooth? If I want it smooth I need to zoom a looot and makes things harder

I downloaded a clip from one of Kryy's video (check the description, there is link to download), opened random clip and deleted every sprite, layer and frame, except for v-cam folder. So now I have some sort of a template .fla file, that I open everytime when I start new project - don't forget to Save As or Ctrl+Shift+S (not Save/Ctrl+S, You need to keep this empty document as a template for Your projects). Before that I had the same problem as Yours, I remember when I had a 2000% zoom - it was awful lol. The trick here is that his projects are made in Adobe Animate (new version of Flash), and he has no snapping feature, so moving objects and rotating them is becoming smoother and helps to make better animations You can download his project files from this link: www.mediafire.com/file/3xosqdpysbwbidc/br.zip/file
