30:25 Man, I used to HATE tomatoes as a kid. Now they're like my favorite vegetable. 😂 Have you ever tried arrabbiata sauce? Just sautee some garlic and some kind of spicy pepper, add fresh tomato that's pureed or chucky, however you like, cook those together until reduced into a sauce, add a little corn starch if it's too watery to thicken it up, and then coat some ridged pasta so the sauce clings to it. Arrabbiata is an amazing yet simple sauce that I love eating with either pasta, or as pizza sauce.
