Hey everyone! Today I will be animating an awesome design made by Isabel Sousa. We will bring her awesome illustration to life with some really subtle effects and expressions. There's also some small character animation in there and mostly a lot of wiggle expressions.

Hey man! Noob question, how do you separate your layers from AI to AE? 🤔 Because I see you just have some of them in Illustrator but you have more in AE. I've tried to use that Overlord plug in, but it puts all the sub layers in the same layer within AE. Thanks in advance.

Hey Frank! Overlord would be the best way to do this but you have to make sure you ungroup things first and/or check the 'Split shapes to layers' button in the Overlord plugin (it's the little explosion icon) I made a separate tutorial about Overlord that could maybe help you as well :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6i9hqCPeLiVbM0

I asked her and she was okay with it! :) So you can download the project files here: www.dropbox.com/sh/ynx02x0093uivka/AADhkLeZn-7EXaeg-5iOqk92a?dl=0 It's not the Illustrator file though because she had problems in the past with people blatantly ripping off her work. But it's all shape layers in After Effects so you can open the full project and inspect the file :) Cheers!

Hee! Volgens mij zeg ik dat het een gratis script is he in de video? Haha. Het zit blijkbaar standaard in After Effects, had ik niet eens door. Wel pas sinds twee versies terug geloof ik maar als je AE CC up-to-date is moet ie er in zitten :)
