I'm guessing he still can't get the old reactions back. He did promise a JoJo's return but he reformed his schedule to reduce the amount of animes he's reacting at once because that many anime at once were messing with the way he's intaking so many different stories at once, so he paused JoJo's and Bleach to focus on the series he's having the most fun with (One Piece and Naruto)

I believe Komoe is 30+. I mean even Yomikawa treats her like she is her senior and we don't know Yomikawa's particular age but we know that she is almost the same age as Yoshikawa. Yoshikawa were complaining in Railgun in Dream Ranker arc that her breasts is not big as Yomikawa's even though they are practically the same age (Misaka were seeing her dreams) and she is in her late 20's.

True story: When I was 10 years old I had a mustache and my height was 1.75cm. When I was 11 years old, a bus driver wanted to charge me for the fare like an adult and he didn't believe that I was 11 years old (since then I was traumatized by the fact that no one believed my age and I started walking to school). The entire male Jojo and Baki cast is basically "what if we drew grown men, and then halved their age" with the exception of Koichi. The irony with anime, is that the men in shonen and seinen shows look older than their age, while the women in "moe" slice-of-life anime look young as hell. The most stark example, Kinue Hayase (Masamune Kun's revenge) is practically half the height of her son and daughter. Tatsumaki, Yoko, and Biscuit are practically the few women on this list with a plot related reason for why they look so young.
