The "Sai" in Saitama's name is just pronounced together so you don't hear the individual vowel, but the rest is pronounced exactly as I've already said.

You don't stress on the Ta in Saitama. Japanese doesn't have stressed syllables like in English or Spanish. Though it does have pitch accent, but it's not as complicated as Chinese albeit a few words like. Most westerners either mispronounce or add stress accents to anime character names lol. The narrator pronounced the other names entirely wrong though.
