I know the anime community deemed this anime as the pinnacle of Isekai trash yet this is my guilty pleasure. While watching the first and second season, I noticed something. Yae is Touya's wife/fiancee that he dated the most, which makes me conclude that she is his favorite. But considering that their daughter inherited Touya's strongest magic: Gate, yeah that seals it to be a bit canon. Meanwhile, Elze have the most gifts received from Touya so far, which can also be reflected in their daughter having more inherited abilities (though Leen's daughter obviously have more since Leen herself possessed many magic). And Yumina's son inherited Touya's favorite magic and go-to: Slip, which can also be reflective of both Touya and Yumina's mischievous side.

idk about yae cz as i remember from ln/wn it's always yumina who gets the most romantic scenes. but yakumo is undoubtedly his strongest child. frei said she's always holding back in fighting cz yakumo feels that using gate in a fight is a dirty trick. but she promised her parents that she'll use it when needed (i assume she uses gate to stab her opponents from afar or behind. scary indeed)

I would have loved vor him to have a few more kids as he has 9 wives and only one with each. It would have been nice to have maybe a pair of twins or just a few of his wives with 2 or even 3 children. We are talking about a Nobel in the medival time. It's rather unlikely to have just one with each, then to have one with no child and others with multiple.
