We are FINALLY caught up with every character in Genshin so far! 1000 likes and I'll react to all the version trailers from Sumeru onwards! I'm doing some grinding in the back so I can finish Inazuma and continue to story over on Twitch too!

Some of the other dendro characters also actually have something techy or digital going on. They just didn't lean into it as hard as they did with Kinich. Nahida has keyboard presses and mouse selection in her attacks. Also her whole pretend camera thing and the ground effects present when you're in her burst Kaveh has that scifi toolbox thing (literally just B-12 from Stray but without the smarts and not much sentience) Alhaitham uses holographic mirrors instead of plant imagery

Kinich is dendro because the dendro element is associated with knowledge and technology, a lot of dendro character have skills associated with technology and Sumeru is known as the nation of wisdom.

i swear i see this type of comment under every videos that include kinichs trailer. he's not even saying that much in the trailer? it's not like they swapped his whole in-game lines from english to other language. i wonder if it's because there wasn't anything else to complain about because yknow genshin players always has something to say lol

Arlecchino is the only character I every stockpiled for. I saved up for like 4 months straight, had like 400 wishes. Got her to C3 and got her weapon

Kinich's skill and burst do look pixelated in the game along with Ajaw. Ajaw is a special type of saurian/creature that naturally make him a pixel character its kinda silly but so cool

​@@RahRizzle123 True. The trial space is so confined and narrow (unlike Mualani's) that you can't get a good handle on just how far you could grapple with it. It felt wierd when I tried his trial but once I got him and used him in the overworld, it felt much better.

* Sigewinne: Explained more comprehensively in-game, but a couple of points should be clear just from what you've seen. Melusines have different eyes, extra sensory organs, and wear significantly simplified clothing; their flippers are clearly built for underwater rather than putting on clothes that are probably remain an inconvenience: it's a reasonable assumption they're naturally aquatic and wear clothes to better blend into a human society. Sigewinne shares most of these nonhuman traits despite having full hands; while wearing more complex clothing is reasonable the candy colour scheme and a lot of the accents are clearly deliberately modeled to make her look like a character from a children's story; she enjoys being thought of as cute and harmless and isn't bothered by violence in her vicinity... which invites further suppositions. * Emilie: The primary chemical interaction of perfume is the evaporation of oils into the air to spread scent, which also causes the balance of scent to slowly shift downwards from the top to base notes. The scents in a good perfume are usually too varied and complex to work well if they're all deteriorating at once - and if a scent isn't deteriorating you can't smell it - so the balance between scents and the decay rate is what makes the creation of perfume into an art requiring science. Sweat causes the skin to emit oils, which not only evaporate themselves but mix with all the oils in the perfume and entirely throw off its scent; you can usually assume the heavier the perfume the worse it'll stink on somebody sweating. * Natlan in general: Characters glowing is usually caused by the use of phlogiston paint - especially tribal body paint. The local Pyro is a bit different the same way Fontaine's Hydro is a bit different; the energies aren't really circulating through the world the way they're "supposed to be" due to an important historical difference, and the alternate system developed to do the nation's part of the basic work of keeping the world together has led to phlogiston: a semicorporeal energy which is like liquid Pyro marinated in the subconscious of Natlan natives. It's the main thing causing the psychedelic cartoonish effects in the world (although Kinich having a Dendro Vision greatly increases the scope of what's going on with him). Natlan uses graffiti as a major local art style, and every single native wants to be a hero, which has a lot to do with what you're seeing. Natlan is also apparently "JRPG airship time", when getting from point A to point B is no longer considered a legitimate obstacle. We are indeed getting characters with mildly OP traversal powers (more so in Natlan where phlogiston can fuel them), and the Travelers are also getting a way to match those inside Natlan. Personally, I've gotten good enough over the past two years to not really value any of these - getting past a cliff or a lake doesn't feel worth the effort of switching characters anymore - but it seems to attract new players.

FYI Arle's weapon is not a fully scythe, it only became a scythe-shape in Arle hands

So the shark is Mualani's Elemental Skill, and not only can you ride across the water as with it but she also has a passive that makes it so she consumes less of the energy she needs for surfing when riding over water (it's an energy unique to only Natlan characters). You can actually ride for about a minute or so when you're in Natlan, since you're given Natlan extra energy there

Even if you don't have Kinich and Mualani. The game let's you use that skill exclusively in Natlan in other ways so players wouldn't feel left out (also since the puzzles and some areas require those skills). Tho Kinich and Mualani's skills are heavily nerfed outside of natlan due to Natlan having a special extra traversal skill stamina bar

I actually don't watch this type of video reacting to Genshin trailers cuz it will idk spoil the characters and story to me and I really don't want it but know that I've finished the story in natlan I'm fine with it Also Ajaw (the pixel thing) is so selfish and always thinks his above all🤣🤣

In Natlan, you Don't need characters for the traversal Mechanics. They are accessible through the game naturally. The characters just have the traversal mechanics built into their abilities

I think he wants it cuz it's a scythe, but it's a lance, it only transforms in a scythe in Arlecchino's hands. Other weapons do the same, but not they don't look as good as Arlecchino's signature weapon.

ok, I have nothing against comparing characters or some elements with other games or different media, but this is literally every other word! Now it’s just becoming unbearable to watch, it’s not a reaction, but a sheer number of all kinds of random names and references to everything, its okay and smart, when can you notice really similar character types or some real references in the game, but you cram references to every word you hear that can be in any media or real life! I'm sorry, it really hard to watch for me this “reactions”

that’s totally okay, no need to watch if you hate it or find it unbearable ☺️ that’d be a huge waste of your time! fact of the matter is, I simply say what naturally comes to mind as far as comparisons and such so if it’s that obvious to me it's said it’s not exactly “random”. I just fun seeing similarities in things I enjoy, or do so for the sake of just to connect with others who are super into those things so I don’t really have any intention of stopping.
