Fun fact: Toru and WoU's positions are reversed when they showcased who will be in the DLC. Abbachio and Yuya stand in front of their Stands, but this is the opposite for Wonder of U, showing how fearful that Stand is since its user remains behind the scenes.

Wonder of U basically controls the flow of calamity. Calamity is just disasters and lethal accidents. He directs it at you, so a plane could randomly drop out of the sky on your house, cars swerve into you while your walking, a tree falls on your head, rain drops feel like bullets, tripping over something can cause you to decapitate yourself, a table falling on your leg goes right through them

15:19 not really, Wonder Of U works by affecting anyone who tries to “pursue” the user, the term pursue in this context can be as simple as thinking about who the user is, when that happens, random accident will get more and more deadly and happen more frequently (for example, a table falls on someone following WoU and it almost takes off both their lege

Beware minor spoilers: Part seven onwards has about one bajillion references to the earlier parts of JoJo, they’re still completely unrelated, having, the only real connection be the rivalry between the Brandos and the Jostars. But things like one of the side characters having the Zeppeli last name are simply parallels of the original series.

Wonder of U just gives you the ability to be insanely lucky, whoever tries to attack/pursue you will become extremely unlucky and unalive from insane causes, i.e. getting hit by a car, getting attacked by rain falling through their body, slipping on a banana peel, etc.

Without spoiling mutch, wonder of u is a super independent stand, it's almost smarter than the user, his ability is that if you follow him or try to attack him in anyway, he literally sentences you to get hit by some final destination level bad luck, the flow of calamity is a list of who's going to experience a tragedy next, wonder of u puts you at the top of that list so your next in line for something life changing in a bad way all to protect his user

Wonder Of U , take form as the head doctor who is 88 years old he is a humanoid stand and his ability is to cause calimity or misfortune to anyone who tries to pursue him. he also have alot of rock insects (like doo doo doo dee dada or obladee oblada) to fight for him

I just love the fact that it's canon that Abbacchio himself is stronger than his Stand. The other day I read a fancomic where the enemy is mocking Abba for having a non-fighting type Stand, but then Abba starts using Moody Blues as a club and starts whacking the s* out of the enemy's Stand with it.

What truly is terrifying is the flow of calamity goes beyond almost all logics. So if Jotaro or DIO stops time and tries to attack wou, they will still die from some absurd causes. It still can't go beyond one thing tho...

Weather Report was not in the original game but Pucci (Final) sort've was. Pucci in the original ASB was a mix of his White Snake ability and Final but it was a bit too complicated to play. Weather Report was in Eyes of Heaven, a sort've sidequel to ASB, that a lot of the character models were ported to ASB R. The gameplay in Eyes of Heaven wasn't particularly liked by most people. They were held off from the base ASB Remaster because of Spoiler reasons though. I'd consider Weather Report to basically be a brand new character.

So, as far as alternate Diego goes, you know how generally, a multiverse has variations of the same character? Maybe a different background, a different gender, a good guy versus a villain, maybe even a different power set? Multiverse characters may or may not have the same Stand.

Diego with The World was one of the most unexpected reveals in part 7 and now you just made your future experience with reading the part worse( not only because you found out about a major plot point, but also because you will just be confused when you actually will read the part and see Dio without The World)

Pucci is not black... His family is an Italian-born, historic Italian aristocratic family that has been passed down from generation to generation(this is not spoiler). He can be viewed as a white Latino based on various circumstances inside the manga. Having dark skin doesn't always mean black.

slight spoiler: At the end of part 6 the last thing you know is that Pucci increased the flow of time so fast it resets the Universe, however some characters who were still alive like jolyne stay but they're seen as different characters. Johnny is the crippled stand user version of Johnathan. Gappy is Josuke but also Kira but also half Jotaro while his sister is the other half of jotaro. Diego is Dio but rather than his stand being The World, it's Scary Monsters where he can turn himself and other people into Dinosaurs. Something happens by the end of Part 7 (I wont specify) that brings in an alternate version of Diego where rather than Having Scary Monsters, he has The World. Wonder of U is a stand that allows the forces of nature not to act in your favor as long as you are thinking about the enemy stand user. like if you were just thinking about Identifying who Toru is, you are subjugated to an attempted assassination basically.

@@yasseralmudhareb667 just the fact that there is a version of diego with the world doesnt mean shit, there are infinite universes with an infinite amount of possibilities. the universe that gets reset at the end of part 6 or the 'ireneverse' as fans call it is just one universe in the vast and unending multiverse. they are not connected cannonically in any way sure they may both exist at the same time but as they are so different in their outcomes they are located much much further away in the multiverse than the universe that part 7 takes place in and the universe that alternate diego comes from. if you have no reading comprehension then i suggest dropping jojos as a whole because you probably dont understand a single thing about the series if you seruiously think that the original timeline and the part 7 timeline are connected. i mean just look at the family tree in part 8 and you will see that jotaro doesnt even exist and therefore jolyne or 'irene' cannot exist either. part 7 onwards is a soft reboot of the series as araki wanted to transition the genre of the manga from a shonen to a seinen.

Part 7 is the reset version of part 1 considering Pucci reset the world so their history also resets into a new timeline.

@@matthewhaeders8465 Heavens door can accelerate time to the point it reached the event horizon and reset the world, unless you had no idea or didn't read the manga it was shown how Pucci reset the world by going beyond the end and accelerate past the beginning, Pucci's stand is design to recreate the world for DIO and getting rid of the Joestar Bloodline, the only reason the Joestar family still exist is because Emporio the only person who is still connected to the family still lives manage to kill Pucci before he could write out the Joestars from history.

definitely read steel ball run! it's one of my absolute favorite manga. the art is incredible, araki's writing is better than ever, the villain is easily the best in the whole series, and the anime's probably quite far off anyway. it's still a very enjoyable experience!
