@@ahmedabbas5652well, that's not entirely correct, but it's close enough. As a rule of thumb, if a move isn't homing, Lili might be able to step it to either side. And if it is homing, she might not be able to, but you never know.

Reina has to be like 45 minimum if she is heihaichi and Kazumis child since Heihaichi killed Kazumis shortly after throwing a 5 year old Kazuya off a cliff and Kazuya is now 50

Dragunov was too strong in my opinion, but I think that WR2 nerf is too much. We will see when the patch comes out what strong Dragunov specialists have to say about the nerfs.
