@@unemiryune9322 you’re confusing yaoi and yuri. They have different history, different approach. Yaoi is indeed a boylove genre where sexual is involved (that’s why people tend to use “BL” to talk about the whole boys love boys works in general). Meanwhile it’s not the same case for yuri. In fact, yuri kinda had a reputation for being “pure” at the beginning where love between girls could only exist in “pure” form. While wiki isn’t a trusted source for a lot of information, I suggest you read about yaoi and yuri definition there since they provide a good amount of history information. Btw, shoujo ai isn’t “yuri without actual lesbian”. It’s more like lolicon. Saying this just in case ^^

If you’ve never watched the show that’s the fun thing about it, nobody is really an “NPC”, you get to see every team and they all have goals and dreams. You really do end up rooting for everyone which is very impressive in my opinion. Just don’t watch A Side it’s kinda meh

Let me explain the key part. Basically, there is this pair of girls who play mahjong. If one girl gets for example a baiman, the other girl will later get possibly I think a dealer sanbaiman. That key is a metaphorical key given to the girl who plays first which enables her to get this hand which allows the other girl to get double that hand's value.

@@Bigwigrah07 i relate to this very much. adding to the riichi mahjong propaganda, riichi mahjong is EXTREMELY fun!! i often find myself playing mahjong soul every day, like, 2 hours minimum. maybe because 1 game(east and south) can take half an hour if there are bonus rounds. such a fun game.

@@Bigwigrah07 I know right. But remember Saki from the beginning. She used to always get + - 0. That's harder than winning every time. Also remember the match Saki had to get + - 0 on so that she could borrow the books. I think the incantation was: Tsumo, chitoitsu, toitoi, suuankou, suuantsu rinshan kaihou 32 000 but that could be the win against Koromo. Seriously, Koromo is so cute. I get why Fujita-pro always plays with her and her name to similar to kodomo (child in Japanese).
