I'm so sad Hanako-kun was just released in November and now he's extremely hard to find and out of stock everywhere! He is also in the $100s now. Hopefully they re-release him 😢

Yeah it's pretty crazy how quickly he went out of stock!! I just have the GoodSmile US online store open on my computer 24/7 so I see them as soon as they pop up haha. Kaguya went out of stock really quickly but they brought extras of her like a week or so after. Hopefully it's the same for the Hanako!

I got my Hanako-Kun in the mail yesterday and I am OBSESSED! His nendoroid is so wonderful~! I love all of the poses and items he comes with. The detail and colouring is spectacular. This was a really awesome haul !! ^^

I own that one and she’s just as beautiful but I need the rest of the girls as well. I started collecting this year as well and 1/4 bunnies/ figures in general are really life changing lmao

i’ve watched this video before (and all your videos!! i love your channel so so much! i’m also a beginner figure collector and you’ve inspired me to start planning my own anime figure channel 🥺) but i came back cause i’ve been agonizing for literal hours over whether i should buy some nendoroids or not (or get their nendoroid doll counterparts) and i was hoping watching this video would help! 🤩 (i don’t own any yet so i’m not sure whether i want to collect them or not!) i love how thorough you are in the reviews of each nendoroid. seeing yours, i feel like some nendoroid faces i like a lot more than others, for example hanako-kun’s is super cute! it might be because i sometimes find the eyes to look a bit… empty? or maybe something about the shape of the face 🤔 so i might be feeling hesitant about the faces on the nendoroids im looking at… but i don’t want to not buy and then regret it later when aftermarket prices are much higher 😵‍💫 im not sure if i feel any less indecisive LOL but i loved watching this video again, it’s always so enjoyable to watch your videos 💖 and i loved seeing all your nendoroids, both in this video and other videos as well!!

thank you!! Nendoroid dolls and nendoroids do have interchangeable parts which makes it super interesting haha. I don't like the look of every nendoroid out there of course, but some characters look great in chibi form (like the Hanako you mentioned). I'd say if there's a character you really like and the nendoroid version looks super cute, go for it~ :D

I'm such a sucker for mecha girls and/or kimono/yukata themed figures that I've definitely purchased figures from content I've never consumed. I'm still waiting for my Purple Heart to ship from TOM but I have Neptunia! Purple is my favorite color 💜

What I do with my Nendoroid parts and faces is I use a tackle box used for bait that you can pick up from some stores if they have a fishing section. I find it vary useful I then put their arms hand and small parts in little jewellery bags that are often used to store small beads or sell jewellery in. I find if I do this I am less likely to lose them. Also love your Nendoroid hall. I liked Purple Heart and Hanako-kun. They are amazing. Also for Nendoroids I am extra careful when I first get them scared to damage them. (Due to a bad experience with a fake figma I broke the peg inside the figure for the hand. Note we did not think it was fake at the time. i was upset I broke my first “figma” within 10 minutes of owning it. Vary bad experience when you have never owned any up until that point in time. I think about 8 months ago I looked into it more and realized it was fake.) so when I get figma’s and Nendoroids I am extra careful at first due to the fear they are fragile. But then I remember that real Nendoroids and figma’s are vary sturdy.

Sometimes they release a nendoroid from a show that I don't know. In that case, if I like the figure, I'm searching for the show on Crunchyroll, Funimation or Netflix. Because I want to know the story of my nendoroids. So if I can can watch its anime somewhere, I'll buy it. It's a good inspiration for new shows that I didn't watch yet. 🙂

Can´t believe i missed the latest new videos from these last couple of weeks, have not seen them in my subscription feed or gotten any notifications :( I have been busy working on my art and scripts recently but i still check out KZbin everyday so i should not have missed it, KZbin is broken :( Good thing is i got a couple of good and positive videos to watch today before i try to get some things done. I like the Genos figure, looks good. Not much for Nendoroids, unless the figures work in those scales and in that double deformed nature, like my Link figure from Windwaker, he works rather well as a Nendoroid. I do like them, but i just do not think every character works being a Nendoroid, some do better than others. Purple Heart, Aqua, Asuna and even Hanako-Kun works like Nendoroids and i like how they look, cute characters work better and characters that already are leaning in that direction. Ken from Fist Of The North Star would not work as good or feel just as right, i am not saying that it might not look good or the figure might be well made but it just would not work as good or capture the characters strenghts, nature and inner atmosphere as well :) Now it sounds like i am totally against Nendoroids, maybe i should not have gone down this path, i do like them, i would even buy the Nendoroids you showed in this video. By the way, i almost bought the Neptunia RPG about a week ago :) Nice haul and adds to the collection JOA :) I enjoy the videos and hope to see many more and i also hope that you keep on finding enjoyment and some sort of fulfilment from making them and collecting Anime merch and figures.

Thank you!! I do feel like nendoroids are a bit polarizing - some love them and some really don't. I'm more towards the first half haha (as evidenced by my purchases here).
