Mystican might be a reference to Dhalsin from street fighter. His clothing are similar to Dhalsin's outfit in Street Fighter 5, and Mystican stretches his limbs like Dhalsin does. Also, Dhalsin is seen in the same pose as Mystican while floating as well

The only thing on the wiki for Kaoluga Pasalan is that the Kao at the start of its name refers to its giant face, the only character I can think of that has a giant head in anime is Emporio Ivankov from One Piece, however as much I would love that to be the case there is already a One Piece reference so I don’t know if they’d do another, also it’s kind of a stretch in the first place so we’ll probably have to wait for a true form to for more info
