Honest to god you did my boy issei dirty, his dragon shot is hyperarm so is his explosion which scales of boosts so does your m1’s and even dragon shot and solid impact speaking of solid impact, W combo starter next to wall if your in dash distance of a wall use impact dash in m1 string dragon shot thats already 50%. consistent issei is literally the freest 75% combo with only 3 boosts which is crazy considering you can stack up to 25 whole boosts and explosion has 2.5 damage scale per boost which is fucking shred + dragon shot and explosion are GB combo extenders im saying his atleast high A tier to low S tier but other then that W shit W tierlist (yes im an issei player but man you got to admit this shit just aint fair sometimes i almost made my tryhard friend cry while he was playing power after straight up bullying him into the wall asking for that lunch money for 5 hours😂😂)

Goku's moveset is mid asf imo blockable rush, his beam is easily punished, his stun is easily punished, and his barrage only works when you m1 His base requires that you m1 to begin with and every goku ive fought just throws their moveset out like idiots Ive yet to fight a competent goku player they never even get to pop their mode His mode is also trash, you realise all his moves excluding his kamehameha is blockable and you get punished for it shit is trash
