Naruto evo since naruto has low cd and it has passive whare it gets 1% dmg per enemies it killed ithink it can stack up to 36% iforgot which on base dmg it can deal 2.22k in max lvl and 0 upgrade

Place 1 speedwagon upgrade to lvl 2 place another speedwagon upgrarde to 1 then upgrade the first speedwagon to lvl 3 place the 3rd speedwagon upgrade 2nd speed wagon. max 1st speed wagon then max the 2nd then max the 3rd
