Tbh, I can understand how it's hard to keep track of all the characters. If you've voiced a ton of characters in your career, it can be easy to lose track. My main characters I think of when it comes to her are Rumia in Kakegurui, and Wiz in Konosuba.

It's a shame that the voice director always dumb down the actor's voice. They sound incredible naturally, but when they go into the recording booth, the quality of their voice sounds worse and cringe worthy. Why do all anime translating follow this formula? If it wasn't for this case, I'd watch dubs all the time instead of the original Japanese version.
