Well, in terms of non-ki fighting, Yamcha might be stronger than a lot of the strongest since he is far less of a Ki-based fighter than most of them. Insofar as "everyone except Yamcha", I do wonder if they would even sense him in the mix- or Cell just wasn't accessing that part of himself for the fight. (Likewise, Cell would have Raditz, K. Cold & Nappa as part of him as well, and they weren't mentioned either way- and I'd hazard they wouldn't count as "people we know".) But more relevantly, the bugs were collecting data since the DB-era WMATs, so I'd bet the top ranking fighters - especially those demonstrating super human abilities (which Yamcha did have) had their cells/skills collected into the Data Mix. Plus, Cell doesn't *exclude* Yamcha when yelling at his Dads

I love these ads at the end, probably because I'm such a fanboy of Jesse. I was a fan of his since before he transitioned over and voiced both Seras from Hellsing Abridged and Misty from Pokemon 'Bridged. Also, his streams are super fun and usually so chill. I definitely recommend catching him on twitch on the rare times he streams. He's such a likable dude.

When it comes to other villains not being there... Well, let's see: - Pilaf and his gang are not dead, plus they are not strong. - The people that are dead from the RR army are not strong enough to be there. - King Piccolo reincarnated in our Piccolo. - Raditz is there. - Nappa and Vegeta are alive. - All the Ginyu Force, Zarbon, Dodoria and Freeza are there. Maybe other Freeza soldiers like Kiwi should be there, but who cares about Kiwi / Cui? - Cell is there, and Gero and 19 are not there because they are regular humans, they only were strong because they were cyborgs and I doubt they keep their cyborg power in the other world. And we'll, apart from that, the Buy saga has not happened, and the movie villains don't count.

to the whole body thing with Ginyu and the frog, most people only keep their bodies if they're sufficiently capable with power or if someone allows it, like the Ginyu force or Goku otherwise they're just floating souls but I think this is working on a technicality that even if the bodies are swapped; that body is still the container for the soul

Like 19 is a actual android, (cell is half bio) then there is the spice guys but they were realy onley died in the kai version witch is an alt from the main story. Didn't Frog Ginyu get wished earth in DBZ? I don't think he ever died even during the Super 17 Arc where all the villains came back that was just a mistake because Froginyu makes regular cameos through the Cell Saga, appearing outside Goku's house at one point

Ginyu and the frog couldn't switch bodies back because they both died at different times so it wouldn't make sense for them to switch back after they died. Also, I'm anticipating Dr. Gero arriving since he is in HFIL at the end of dragon Ball z watching the end of the Buu fight.

After Freeza blew up Namek, and everyone killed by Freeza and his men where resurrected, did that also apply to the frog? So the frog must still be alive on earth and his soul will never return to the original body until that frog dies.

Nahh the frog didn't count. In the actual series, FroGinyu was sent to Earth through Dende's third wish to Porunga (send everyone on Namek except Goku and Frieza to Earth)

Don't think so- after all, none of the Ginyus came back, because Vegeta, by that point, didn't work for Frieza- and since he had been the one creating permanent vacancies in the Ginyu Force... (And not sure Porunga would've considered non-sentient life forms in the wish, so the Frog would be toast either way.)
