I know haki plays an important role...but you gotta understand this!! in one piece the fire and water(sea) are very important in this fight... we know many pirates getting handed down by flames or magmas or whatever and luffy now have the 5th gear...but you should take in consideration that akainu is still alive and is gonna be a major villian maybe after BB... and to be honest I think natsu's present arsenal of flames are much hotter thn akainu's which will play a good role in this fight... so as of right now I can't say luffy wins 100% also natsu in the manga is crazy

Strength - Natsu is stronger. He went toe to toe with Brain of Aldoron who said all the power of that 70-80 miles long body is in this small body. Speed- it's kinda debatable since they both dodged light speed attacks and anything over that just gives absurd numbers so let's just leave it at equal. Endurance - this one goes to Natsu. Gear 4 consume Luffy's Haki really fast and Gear 5 burns through his stamina really fast. Natsu on the other hand have shown to last longer in his peak. Defense - this one also goes to Natsu. In tower of heaven arc,jellal hit natsu with Grand Chariot which had the impact of a falling meteor and Natsu tanked it. In his round 2 against Bluenote, Bluenote used enough gravity to crush bedrocks but Natsu didn't even flinch. And he would need to increase gravity anywhere between 100-1000 times to do that. Hax- Natsu is just bad match up for Luffy here. Yes thanks to Haki, Luffy can resist certain degrees of temperature but it's no where enough to stand Natsu's heat. Like my dude melted magical metals which should be way stronger than steel in matter of seconds like how is Luffy's Haki gonna help in that?

Haki isn't entirely comparable to steel, yes Natsu has a major advantage over him But is ant to put out that the will power of a Haki user determines the strength behind the haki

Natsu solos the one piece verse cause most fruits attacks that are liquid he can eat and if their ice he will use his fire and it was stated no Echira Oda that it’s only physical attacks that don’t work against logia fruits so natsus flames will still effect then and natsus skin melts shurikens and blades when it touches him so rubber punches with haki on ain’t saving natsu cause natsu is a true dragon unlike a human that ate a fruit to become quarter dragon and earn some powers so natsus skin is 3x harder then kaidos
