+Theishter - Anime on Piano Like to say this is definitely one of your better covers. Like the crescendo into the chorus, it really gives the song back some of the weight it loses in the transition to one instrument.
Dude you are so totally awesome, never forget that. It's because of you that I continue to play the piano. Your music inspires so many people. I recently watched Your Lie in April and it reminded me the reason we play music is, at its core, because it is a part of us. So who cares how technically brilliant the piece is? You put your heart and soul into each performance, and it rings loud and clear in each video. Thanks for making these arrangements, each one is like a journey for the heart. Can't wait to go on more!

@jae1358 жыл бұрын
+ArnoldleZolid If you want the WHOLE story, I suggest reading/playing the visual novel. But if you don't have the time to do that-cuz lets be honest, WHO DOES- watch the animes. So the Fate series is divided into 3 routes; Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, & Heaven's Feel. All three are defined by what happens in the end and who the main character ends up with. So far, there have been 2 adaptions, one for Fate and the other one for UBW. There is another one currently in the works for Heaven's Feel. Ok so to start, I suggest Fate Stay Night made by studio Deen in 2006. But tbh, if you can't take bad quality animation, I don't suggest you watch it. Unfortunately, that's the only adaption for the Fate route so if you want to experience the Fate route, watch it. Then, watch the latest one which is Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works. Then after that, watch Fate/Zero which is the prequel to the whole series (it doesn't matter which route).
@jae1358 жыл бұрын
+Fall Herring Also, I know that A LOT of people suggest watching Fate/Zero first. But Fate/Zero was meant to be a prequel. So don't watch it first, and also, I'd say Fate/Zero was the best out of all of them. So save the best for last! :) I hope I was helpful to you and good luck with this series.

It's not always easy to deliver what fans expect from you and with every video the expectations rises but I'm sure many fans here are loyal. If your future videos aren't as technical or as difficult... people will still enjoy them :3 They're just awesome to watch and listen to, it's mostly jaw dropping for me honestly. You are like the total opposite of me, you try to improve and I'm just here still playing simple songs with feels and people still watch my videos. That's why I have a feeling that when people are getting familiar with a certain style, it's not always a bad thing to keep doing what you are doing. I mean why fix things that aren't broken? I'm not saying that you should neglect improvement, but you shouldn't break you mind over it.

to y'all people asking themselves how to play that good stop thinking you cannot do it because you don't have "talent". I play piano since I'm four and today I'm 18 yo and I still play it. the reason why animenz is so good is that he worked at least more than 8 hours a day (that may be not true it's just an estimation please don't kill me) hard work gives talent and it's not the other way around. At the beginning it's horrible learning basis you are impatient you want to play great things have fun playing... sorry to disappoint but no it's a long work to get good but it's worth the pain. After all that time playing and WORKING (cause it's work let's be true) it's always a pleasure playing that beautiful instrument ! c'mon motivate yourself and do great things

It's beyond my level to distinguish the qualities of your arrangements, but I definitely could hear your soul in this one. As a personality develops over time, the way in which we do things changes as well and I would by no means say that you've reached your peak or lost your quality. As you said this arrangement had all of your soul in it. You're stressing what's essential - just shifting the emphasis from technique to soul. That's a remarkable achievement. Every change in your style is a step forward and a reason to be proud. Not many of us would ever be disappointed in you - that's my guess at least.

I don't know anything about piano technique, and very little about music theory and arrangement, so I can't comment on that. But in terms of feel and power, this is by far the best performance out of all your anime theme versions I've heard. Everything about it oozes "Brave Shine". You managed to capture the meaning of the song, and convey it in its barest, rawest form. Everytime that fast (arpeggio?) pattern hits, I can't help but air guitar to it. This captures and portrays everything that's awesome about Fate. Thank you for this.

Thank you, Animenz! This song is heart-wrenching but inspiring! It was really deep... musically and emotionally. I heard you in the composition--your weariness, your dedication, your hope, your love... The love that you have for your listeners manifests in this wholehearted piece. The steady, bold hand of the keys at the beginning is like a hero's ultimate decision to stand strong in a belief or pursuit. The joy of the journey to fulfill this, however is countered by a hurricane of doubts and fears of failure, represented by the high right hand and low left hand keys. Finally, after much pain in perseverance, the hero wins over his fears and keeps his path despite the trials ahead, marked by the extremely low chord at the end. Not only does this capture the struggles of Shirou to become a hero of justice, but it is an anthem of your own battles to be the best musician you can be for others.

Now, one does not simply dislike an Animenz piece. How did this got 76 dislikes?

Right around 1:44-2:10 always seems to make me tear up a bit. I didn't know a song could do that. Thank you. *Smiles wistfully*

This is the first animenz arrangement I listened to. It’s the first one I attempted to learn. It’s the first one I gave up on and it’s the first that I learnt after coming back to it years later.

BRAVOOOOOO I really really enjoy your playing Animenz. And idk why but you always pick the songs that I really like! Also, I heard something weird at 4:43, but who cares! Go Animenz

I Am.... the chord of my Song Sonata is my body, and Rhythm is my blood I’ve recreated over a thousand tunes Unknown to defeat, nor fully known to potential I have withstood enormous pain to create 1000’s of live shows Yet those hands will never cease for anything So as I play, Unlimited Melody Works! That was 4 u, Ani! 👍

This piece is so great. I love it very much since the release (even without watching Fate/stay night UBW for a long time) I really admire you and your work. : ) You inspired me to keep playing Piano also after my piano teacher's death. I rushed through UBW within 2 days during the last weekend. Now i am feeling torn ad need a week to digest it. :D But right now i just wanna hear this song all the time.

You shouldn't sell yourself short! This piece definitely proves that you haven't "peaked." I know what it's like to feel that anxiousness in your life where you're just not sure of yourself anymore, but in all seriousness this is an amazing arrangement. Glad your back because these videos always brighten my day 👍🏼
