That's easy to let slip honestly but i can't really say much, specially how people can have more than 1 name I'm an anime only but i know a few things about Yoriichi, including when he lived so it's easy for me to say those definitely aren't Tanjiro's parents That said, Tanjiro not knowing who those people were should be a big hint of that 😅 too many hints being ignored by some people
