Ishida and Renji were very strong when they fought Szayel. They were just heavily nerfed in that fight. (Renji couldn't use bankai and Uryu just finished fighting somebody)

Szayel's first ability which creates a clone of someone after being touched by his black goo, imagine that black goo hitting Kenpachi. There would be thousands of Kenpachi. That ability is broken depending on the type of enemy. He just He just abandoned it after the building exploded which makes the fight boring until Mayuri comes.

Yammy isn't as slow as you think, he was able to tag and severely Kenpachi and Byakuya off screen to the point where the Shinigami who saw the two of them return though they were both on deaths door

Good observation. I think a lot of people downplay yammy because a lot of the fight was off paneled not to mention he did fight against 2 formidable captains but I guess enough of the fight wasn’t showcased to see his strength.

The truth is Szyal is the most powerful espada he always was in fact he was the original espada 0 but even if you were to ignore that he is still the strongest because he has the most dangerous abilities.

Stark>ulquiorra Stark fighting 4 captains, 2 used mask which is basically a bankai amp-2 are so strong in shikai that they were able to fight Shikai Yamamoto. Meanwhile ulquiorra only beat an ichigo who is weaker than the top espada-then ulquiorra himself got decimated once ichigo powered up. Stark fought 4 captains, pushed them, and died by them. Ulquiorra fought an ichigo who is weaker than the other top espada, then when ichigo powered up, ulquiorra got beat. Am I saying that because ulquiorra got beat by Vasto ichigo he’s weak? No, I’m saying that ulquiorra beating ichigo isn’t as impressive when that ichigo was weaker than the other top espada. Stark fought individuals stronger than That ichigo. That’s my take. Also, you seem to be underestimating the vizards a lot, they aren’t weak. Certainly not weaker than the Ichigo that got beat by ulquiorra. The vizards are alot stronger than Ichigo. The vizards were getting praised by stark(who is stronger than R1 ulquiorra) and even forced him to use his strongest attack…meanwhile Ichigo was getting treated like literal trash in front of R1 Ulquiorra…that should already tell you that the vizards are way stronger. The best case you could make is that jushiro is weaker because of his illness, but even still, that’s at least 3 people stronger than Masked Bankai Ichigo(Ulquiorra fight) ------ Also, ulquiorra making threats to yoruichi and Kisuke means absolutely nothing at all. Ulquiorra made that threat because Kisuke and yoruichi were at a huge disadvantage…even the databook says that Yoruichi and Kisuke are at a disadvantage(protecting chad,orihime,and Ichigo)-they had their hands full. So yes, stark actually having the feat of fighting 4 captains is more impressive than ulquiorra making a baseless threat to 2 other people who were at a huge disadvantage. -------- White did blitz him, it happened. Ulquiorra couldn’t react to white…even with his pesquisa up…which resulted in his arm getting ripped off in the process. Like you said, he didn’t survive. But you are wrong…the shot itself did directly kill him. He even says that his regeneration is basically for show-considering the cero blew out his organs. He was basically a dead man walking at that point(sort of like a zombie). He didn’t really rank anything actually…like, not at all. Ulquiorra Durability doesn’t scale to his attack potency either-otherwise he wouldn’t be worrying about Lanza being set off near him. So yes, stark can do something. He can fire Grand Rey cero in metralleta form(which will exceed a Lanza-most definitely)-something Ulquiorra fears. -------- It’s bold for you to assume that Ulquiorra making a baseless threat to a Yoruichi and Kisuke who were at a disadvantage is as impressive as stark fighting 4 captain level shiningami. By your wording…you are implying that base ulquiorra has a chance against base aizen because he made a baseless threat to yoruichi and Kisuke? Bruh, like do you realize that base aizen is stronger than the Ichigo that pushed base ulquiorra? I mean, he literally deflected his strongest getsuga-meanwhile ulquiorra’s blade was being cracked by it. But even if we went with your absurd claim, base stark is canonically Stronger than base ulquiorra, so he would get the same scaling aswell… ------- Sure, Ulquiorra faced a stronger opponent-but for you to say that he actually “fought” it- is kind of a stretch. He got his strongest attack palmed, got blitzed, and his cero Oscuras Blown away by Hollow Ichigo's base cero. Considering a CO is 10x that of Ulquiorra's regular cero, we can conclude that hollow Ichigo's Reiatsu is 10x greater than Ulquiorra, it wasn’t a fight, it was a stomp….I brought up the “4 captains” thing because I thought that was more impressive, considering stark was fighting Individuals stronger than Ichigo(pre full hollow)-I also wouldn’t equate Ulquiorra’s encounter with hollow Ichigo as much as a feat-the whole intention of the fight was to show Ichigo's absolute superiority in that form…a form meant to beat Aizen. ------ Let’s be clear here, I’m not trying to downplay Ulquiorra or anything by saying he lost to white…I’m saying that I felt that stark was more impressive because of the abundance of people he faced(each of these people is stronger than The Ichigo Ulquiorra beat). ------- All in all, Ulquiorra wasn’t fighting…Ichigo was also teasing him by ripping off his arm and throwing it at him. But I think it’s a matter of personal preference at this point about who you think is more impressive. Is Ulquiorra more impressive than stark-because he was up against an opponent stronger than the people stark faced(but ultimately got no diffed) or is stark more impressive because he was fighting 4 captains, who each are way stronger than the Ichigo R1 Ulquiorra beat? -------- But if we treat Metralleta as one attack(It seems to be considering it’s a named attack itself) then continuously fired GRC with Las noches destroying capabilities in each one fired,will most likely exceed Lanza. ------- Either way, I think a stark between Ulquiorra and stark are close-I wouldn’t even be mad if you said that Ulquiorra won, but in my opinion, stark wins based on having an overall better arsenal to deal with, like control of his attacks(something Ulquiorra lacks with lanzas) and spammable ceros that can be used to interrupt lanzas charge time. P.S, stark also took the vizards down with only 5/50+ wolves…they are very strong. He also forced Shunsui to Bankai until jushiro intervened, and could probably beat them both with wolves. Shunsui needed help from 2 other vizards to beat him in shikai…his stats are blatantly superior to shunsui(as stats don’t increase upon zanpakuto release, because the asauchi is the one gaining the spirit energy). Shunsui was also serious the whole time, he even said he was trying to kill stark and failed multiple times 1 on 1 in shikai against a healthy stark. Also, ulquiorra isn’t knocking back metralleta. Also, every espada has CO it’s stated in the databook and manga. Stark would’ve also pushed Ichigo the same as ulquiorra considering Ichigo was actually weaker than 1st release ulquiorra who is canonically weaker than stark.… Shunsui also had help from 3 other people to defeat stark-being off guard doesn’t really matter either as Spiritual pressure flows passively. There is also no proof that Shunsui+ Jushiro= his Bankai , as jushiro had the perfect counter to Starks ability. This is disregarding Cero oscuras, wolves, and Grand ray cero aswell. Ceros also scale off spiritual pressure, so if stark singular cero can’t really harm the vizards and Shunsui, ulquiorra won’t either(at least R1 ulquiorra). The deformed hollow Ichigo that fought the vizards is stronger than all the espada considering his cero made love use mask-while stark cero didn’t. Also, you are using anime filler, the gun thing is false, and back to the wolves, the anime drastically downplayed Starks power. He used less than half of the wolves to take down the vizards in the manga(ulquiorra also doesn’t scale to Vasto Lorde Ichigo-as explained above). Also, aizen sent ulquiorra on missions because he is cold hearted, he won’t hesitate to get anything done….that has nothing to do with strength considering stark is one of the most human arrancars so he wouldn’t want to decimate Ichigo. The shi thing is also pure speculation…that doesn’t make sense. Ulquiorra isn’t ranked off death, it’s his reiatsu level in his base and 1st release, his second release is debatable because it’s unknown. But again, I still have stark winning. There is also no proof that Ulquiorra is more durable. Ulquiorra best feat is tanking an attack from Ichigo. Not only can stark do the same(because he has more spirit energy than atleast R1 ulquiorra) he also tanked attacks from stronger opponents(love and rose)

People always comparing Itachi and ulquiorra (personality wise) and saying they both super cool and deserve top spot of their groups, but Itachi is no where near as cool or powerful as ulquirra and doesn't deserve top spot like how ulquiorra desevers top spot. Itachi is some sick older brother who murdered his family and loves his younger brother i really don't see how that's cool. His ms isn't that impressive compared to obito's or shisuis or Madara and Sasuke susanoo. @@drowranger6591 oh yeah, and those things are like city size explosions, probably the biggest in the entire show tbh and a spamming of that might work at a freshly released barragan, but I think ulquiorra would be having to fight others like grimmjow or the dude kenpachi killed at first, and the longer barragan uses his power the wider a range of it becomes which means the more of it you have to get through or overwhelm just to get to the guy to try to fight him. Given just a little time I think barragan would just be to much for anyone of the others. Stark maybe but his wolves aren't infinite, barragans range is he just needs a little time.

@@doublehelix2167 Barragan is not as strong as people think. He did serve Aizen and was numbered 2nd after Starrk. Respira is not infinite, nor is it its range. Also the opponent's reiatsu matters. It was stated that hypothetically, respira wouldn't be able to reach Kenpachi's inner organs. It would still decay the skin and muscles though. Reiatsu matters, hence why Barragan served under others. Because he was weaker.

CYFOW explains there are huge gaps in power in the top 3. Such as Barragan who before meeting Aizen is still more powerful than a post TYBW arc Harribel, Nelliel, and Grimmjow.

Ulquiorra is only Stronger than Halibel, he said clearly when he fought Ichigo. The segunda etapa make him only upgrade one rank. When he fought Ichigo he said "They are 3 espadas stronger than me" and when he said that he took his segunda etapa in consideration. So the espada above him are Barragan/Stark/Yammy.

Mosqueda is a low class Fraccion tier arrancar, Privaron Espada are from the Generation Before Neliel that was hundreds of years ago. Mosqueda was 1 shot by Chad Chad Left Arm was easily blocked by Base Tesra a current Fraccion of Nnoitra, Making Tesra 5-10x stronger than HM Chad. HM Fullbring Chad = Base Vice Captain to Shikai Vice Captain Dordoni was easily overpowered by Bankai Ichigo who could only Match Base Grimmjow who could match a Base Captain -> Tosen, Shinji. Komamura etc Do not use SS scaling for HM or after since it no longer holds for many reasons. if you are going to make a list like this at least do your research in an extensive manner.

I don't quite agree with putting Ulquiorra's first release at that spot, considering that Masked Ichigo eyes couldn't even come close to following his movements. The clearest example of this is probably when Ulquiorra grabs the side of Ichigo's head before Ichigo even realises that Ulquiorra isn't in front of him anymore. I'd argue that after the boost Ichigo got from fighting Grimmjow and Nnoitra he's at high-Captain level. Meanwhile Toshiro was able to somewhat keep up with Harribel's released form. Toshiro is strong, but he's not FAR above Masked Ichigo, which 1st release Ulquiorra clearly is.

More importantly, Toshiro and 2 of the LIEUTENANT level Vizards (Lisa and Hinamori) were able to hold their own against Harribel. Ichigo's masked Getsuga can't get through Ulquiorra's passive reiatsu. Similar to Ichigo's first battle with Kenpachi way back in the Soul Society Arc, where Ichigo's sword couldn't initially pierce Kenpachi's skin. Meanwhile Harribel can't kill Lisa or Hinamori...

Imo. Ulquiorra second release aint stronger than barragan and stark. Stark able to par with 4 strong captains in release while holding back. One of those captains is shinsui, the strongest captain in arrancar arc excluding yama, ukitake, one of yama's first students and 2 visored. Ulquiorra second release might only be able to keep up against barragan release but not stronger. I guess Barragan ain't call the king of hueco mundo (if im not mistaken) for nothing.

I would argue that base Ulquiorra is just slightly above Grimmjow by 500 to 1000. Ichigo got alot stronger by defeating Grimmjow but struggled hard against Ulquiorra base and almost got cut in half if it wasnt for Orhime. Furthermore, he out sped Hollowfied Ichigo, something Grimmjow had difficulty doing in their final fight.

Espada are def more powerful than the Akatsuki. Animescale needs to realize that Juubito was not apart of the Akatsuki neither was war arc Obito. You should only use the versions when those teams were active to do a versus. For instance it would be dumb to use Juubito or edo nagato/edo pain and even TYBW arc Grimmjow/Nel/Hallibel. You should only use the versions when the teams were both active.
