I love how the mangaka left some room to grow for the actual 'adults'. The fate of the world is often in the hands of the young protagonists. The adults in this story have actual roles to fill lol - Kaiser is an S-tier support. Honestly. He knows his strengths and weaknesses too so he's not a liability to the team. - Good on pointing out how Rill doesn't have complete control over his mana yet. I'd love to see him go crazy with his painting magic. - Rill commented this re: Charlotte in the Heart Kingdom: she managed to become one of the strongest people despite not having her full power. Charlotte post-timeskip is amazing. - Jack's power levels is so impressive because he's a commoner. He doesn't have the incredible mana reserves the rest of the captains have. - Nozel's mercury magic is amazing. It's often touted as an army in itself, isn't it? No wonder Acier was unstoppable. - Fuegoleon's come back with the Salamander was so amazing. You just can't help but root for him. I just have a soft spot for the Fire-Vermillions lol - William's world tree magic is amazing too. I love how the Sister who trained them recognized that she was supposed to be free. Independence is such a powerful thing and Tabata gave that to a female character. - Holy shit, I knew Fuegoleon was stronger but I didn't expect it to be that much stronger lol but he has a full-grown Salamander now. I think he had a smaller one when this was made? (Unless I'm mistaken. If so, then please ignore.) - YAMI?! Fucking terrifying, man, especially after the post-timeskip. Captain Jack is actually very powerful if he fights for long enough... His slicing magic gradually adapts to whoever he is fighting. He was able to slice Elf Langris's spatial magic, which makes that slash similar to the dimension slash. He is similar to Kenpachi Zaraki: the longer he fights, the stronger he gets... If his growth is infinite, and the fight drags on for a long time, it is arguable that he would be on par with Yami

I still think Mereoleona is the strongest captain. She doesnt break a sweat using Mana Zone. While Yami needed so much focus using Mana Zone during devil Zagred Arc. Also after that arc, Yami struggled figthing Mereoleona in that Volcano even he already used mana zone before. Mereoleona is just a Mana Zone Expert. I believed she's the 2nd strongest next to Wizard King Julius in the Clover Kingdom. Also in manga, Mereoleona single handedly killed a higher ranking demon by herself. Using a much deeper Mana Zone Technique. While Yami struggled againts 80% possessed Dante. Mereoleona is the stronget captain.

Im literally just started black clover, now im currently in the half mins of eps 1, i think i would finish it 2-3 weeks from now if i binge it Ill edit it after i finish the anime about how i feel about the anime Wish me luck Edit : i thought it was going to take me 2-3 weeks but it took me 9 days to finish, i just finish the anime but i skipped all of the 17 eps fillers I think black clover is one of the best shonen i have ever seen, i like it more than demon slayer and bnha, the story is very good till the anime, i dont know what will come after the anime as i havent read the manga I think black clover is very underrated since the only one to recommend me is my friend, tbh, i underestimated black clover before i watch it saying i wouldn't watch this anime But when i watch it, its one of the best if not the best anime among 60 animes i have watched this year so far, i kinda hate the tremendous amount of back story in the elf reincarnation arc, the same backstory is shown again and again, but rather than that, i found the anime very interesting and im looking forward to read the manga after i finish the other animes in my watch list Thankyou for reading, have a great day ＼(⁀▽⁀)／

He made it clear that this list only talks about the pre-timeskip and there it was stated that mereoleona was probably stronger than fuegoleon without salamander, so there could be an argument made that he is stronger than her with salamander.
