Fumi the birdi boi is really my favorite because, I feel like his quirk would be one of the most difficult ones to live with on a daily and nightly basis, having less control over dark shadow in pitch black environments must cause some unseen mental, emotional, or even physical stress on him that, as far as I know, has not really been flushed out yet, though I've only just finished season two and stopped there for now cause I cant really keep up with subtitles, plus, if I'm honest, I think hes cute in a mysterious kinda way

Fumikage is this world's version of the Hulk: near-limitless power, but he becomes more uncontrolled and dangerous the stronger he gets. His dual nature (Fumikage vs his shadow) also reflects the Hulk (Banner vs Hulk). If you think of him as a reinterpretation of the Hulk, it's a really interesting reinterpretation. The Hulk connection might also explain why he's more popular with Western nerds.
