See, not even his heterochromia points at that, so do the fact that his quirk manifests on certain locations (right for ice, and left for fire) and also that Enji's blood type is AB while Shouto's is O (which would only be possible in this genetic chimera case). What is a genetic chimera? It's a genetic abnormality in which a single being holds two separate sets of DNA, and each set only shows in certain areas/organs.
