And we can't forget he was about to beat that Dog inspector in hospital and called him... Kinda racist way 😅 it's not so easy to see if you don't know Japanese, but Todoroki is just quiet, he's not any nicer than Bakugou. He's actually that kind of scary guy even Bakugou never attacks him physically, and he does that to eg. Sero and Kaminari when they laughed on his hair after Best Jeanist. Or when in first season, when they were attacked, he froze all criminals and told them he would leave them die in ice, but he wants to be a hero so he should not, but they need to tell him their plans (and continued to threaten one with his frozing arm). Todoroki isn't the nice guy in any way 😅

In other animes like Naruto, bleech, dragón ball and so on usually when an emo character provoke a hot head character to get angry he use his negative feelligs to showcase how weak His mental state is to bulling him. In todorokis case, while he technially provoke him, i mean he dosn't insult him but he still says things that bother him, he dosn't mock His personality he just tolerate him like everyone else, or he Is too oblivious to His insults. Thats what i like about todoroki he is not a stick in the mood, he Is His own way to be odd like everyone else.
