To implement new rules thus Those days of direct entry into politics just by public speaking be over instead now on CM, MLA,MP position to be filled after undergoing 2 year of training then passing central examination testing on subjects EQ, IQ, Global Economy with age limit not more than 40 years. Why not implement in Bureaucracy too if corporate companies are ensuring civilians loose their job by 40 years without any Backup. Also bar Politicians/ Diplomatic/ GOI family members occupying government jobs for atleast 150 years ( stop 2 generations of them thus restricting same Dynasties ; others too be given chance for large population sized India) . Freeze pension for them for 10 years by keeping retirement age 40 or retire at 60 with no pension.
