I generally do not comment in these forums. But I must say it was a little frustrating to constantly not being able to hear the full story that Konkona was sharing. Konkona is such an eloquent speaker and story teller but some of the answers she couldn't even finish because the interviewer switched the topic or asked another question while she was sharing one story. Would have appreciated so much if the listening part was more than interrupting or co-talking.

OMG, this lady, Konkona Sen Sharma is just amazing. It's worth to spend an hour of your life listening to this lady. She is very educated, intelligent, talented, hard working and eloquent. Some of these attributes, she just inherited from her incredible mother, Aparna Sen.

Dear Sneha Ji, Namashkaar 🙏 Her mother allowed her to watch anything and everything whatever she wanted to as per her own words. By all means, I am not sure that's the right thing to do. We don't live in Satyuga where children or youngsters can be left unattended. So I am sorry but no this is in no way graceful and to me it's very risky and dangerous. But she is from Film industry so I understand her bias. Today, OTT servers one the worst thing to currupt the minds of youngsters and young generation unfortunately but everyone's seems to be pretty okay wid it. Anyway.

I am a big admirer of her work in plethora of movies including wake up Sid, Page 3 and beyond. Look at her responses on this interviews…. So not like scripted show. And yes OTT content is dangerous but Konkana can’t control that, brother!

Previlege is when you dont understand how advantaged you were to get a chance to act in a Rituparno Ghosh directorial film at the start of your career. Judging people because they used to prepare for UPSC while doing MA. Girl we have to take education to survive, we have to earn our living and have a safe life. Not all are previleged. There is a difference. Hum tum alag hai farq hai, farq hai, farq hai.. no hate to Konkona but she is unrelatable for masses. Comes from intellectually elite class.

seemed another of these so called fun frolic off beat conversation with the so called underdog who seems to be often rated high based merely on the different concepts in body of work and claimed so called different plot point contrary to the stereotypes!! the interview as usual stereotyped the same questions associated with the latest piece of work and experience with contemporaries, the so called family culture and influences, the bits and pieces citations associated with the various films over the years and takes based on the so called anti feminist narratives, the so called the gender nuances and the perspectives, the so called national award,the upcoming projects etc but missed aspects associated with the limited work in regional home state films and lack of global outlook to those art work, the display of gruesome acts and going overboard in the OTT space, the so called directorial work and innovation in the same, the lack of credible contribution in global stage and others were ignored as part of practice!!

I do love her film and her acting. But her mom stand as a writer and activist is in very controversial. In a polite way it is more pro muslim and in a rude way more anti hindu. Calling Deepika visit to J.N.U very courageous, where she stood up with opposing the CAA, NRC. Always speaking against Hindutva is her main agenda.

This anchor is very stereotypical, with narrow preconceived ideas about how people (artistes) relate or approach cinema in general and that is very frustrating to endure as an audience of this podcast. But I'm guessing majority of India have a similar take or preference in such discourses, so the interviewer may be better off chatting to mainstream movie actors/directors, who make big bucks, and pursue awards, etc rather than this significant star of 'alternative cinema', whose interest is in bringing believable, real life and relatable characters on screen (and she does so with much dignity and subtlety)- applying realistic scripts rather than make-believe fantasy of Bollywood, where realism doesn't always matter. The two types of cinema are so far apart and I'm wondering if the anchor is aware of that at all. Absolutely love Konkana and Aparna Sen's movies.

After a plethora of Jingoism and Govt. praising agenda movies, Finally came a movie which is showing the shortcomings the system. Great job done by Aditya Shrivastava, Sanjay Mishra and Durgesh Kumar. Bhumi Pednekar had a very filmsy writteb role, and her monologues changing the course of the movie was a little too much, could have been handled with a little more subtelty. But again Srk's production house going against the system again is really a hope of ray.
