I’m so happy to hear Sunil’s interview with Smita. It was a honest one, well articulated and reflected the true character of the man, a adorable son to his parents and grand parents, loving son to his parents and dutiable father to his children and great admirer and supporter of his cricketer son-in-law Rahul. I know his family and humble beginning of his dad and what Sunil said of his dad without any inhibition reflects the magnanimity of the person affectionately called Anna. In cricket despite failure of so many stalwarts last couple of years, Rahul was unfairly trolled and if that hurts me, I’m not surprised why Sunil was badly hurt by unfair treatment by social media who are ignorant about cricket. Selectors identify the talents and select players and Rahul is type of talented player who could play any position in addition the added responsibility of keeping wickets which he did wonderfully well. I love Sunil for his affection to his parents and family and pray for his continued success in whatever he choose to do and success of his children and son-in/law. I’m one of Rahul’s greatest admirers and it hurts me badly when some of the dorks pass unfair and negative comments on his play.

Just a question out of curiosity. My mom speaks Tulu but she has learn it from farm labourers. She is still able to speak to all Tulu speakers in Tulu even without knowing their caste. I thought Tulu is mutually conversable among all. Isn't it incorrect

@@SD-ld5lz yes yes. There are few versions of Tulu. Brahmin Tulu is slightly different ( few words for fewer things are different). Regionwise also slightly different ( mangalore Tulu slightly different from Udupi Tulu /kasargod/Puttur Tulu are slightly different

People are looking younger these days, the notion of the the generic elderly 63 year old from the past is now replaced with fitness oriented 60 year olds who look 15 years younger then thier years

Still im into weight training and cardio since 33 years and at 53 im shredded and feel and look like a 38year old ., and my mom is 80 and still swims to keep herself fit. 60 in todays world can be a new 40!!! I wonder why third class public wanted to boycott bollywood when bollywood is the only industry in the country which is truly secular . In this politically radicalized scenario its only bollywood which is still a symbol of secularity. Ofcourse both- radical muslims and radical hindus hate bollywood for obvious reasons because artists are free individuals who choose to reject the radical format. . Sunil Shetty also is a symbol of a secular openminded hindu , marrying a muslim woman who in turn comes from a family where her father being a muslim got married to a Hindu. This example is not one, there are many!!! All Actors in bollywood are far better in their thinking process compared to narrowminded chief ministers like Yogi .No Wonder Sunil expressed his opinion bravely to Yogi.
