Then 3 was just a rush but good enough

For new people, or people who aren't aware, there won't be a season 2. Basically, this anime was just a big promotion in order to get people to buy and play the game. That's it. That's why it ends on a cliffhanger. I would love a season 2 as well, but it's not going to happen because it was never meant to become a complete series.

so when should we expect the dub to go online? it's been a couple months since this trailer was put up by Aniplex. and apparently during Otakon 2016 at his panel session Robbie said that he finished 6 episodes. volume 1 goes on sale in November, so should we expect the dub to go online by the beginning of that month? possibly October? hopefully Toonami picks this up just like OPM and Gundam IBO. coincidentally Robbie voices a character in both series.

Yeah, Soma is voiced by his father Johannes (Crispin Freeman), Kota is not voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch and Alisa is not voiced by Kate Higgins. Well they kept the other game VAs, the others weren't available due to scheduling conflicts I guess.

Crispin Freeman as Soma, Lucien Dodge as Kota, Cherami Leigh as Alisa, and Patrick Seitz as Johannes? I'm too used to Yuri Lowenthal as Soma, Johnny Yong Bosch as Kota, Kate Higgins as Alisa, and Crispin Freeman as Johannes, from playing God Eater: Burst too much, but the cast is solid, so I'll be watching this, no doubt. Ah, at least Kyle Hebert's still Lindow. I've always loved his work as him.
