The best part is that, in the post-game analysis on ChessBase India, Anish mentioned specifically that he sacrificed the queen for fun. And he delayed Rg1, just so that Sagar can ask Samay and the audience for the backrank trick. HE ACTUALLY DID ALL OF IT FOR CONTENT.

As someone who's only ever played Chess casually like, once or twice a year...this is absolutely cool. There's such a difference in the way pro players think and see the board compared to just casually playing and never looking up things like lessons or classes or things like that. Chess is one of those games that I never thought people actually would take classes/lessons on or needed to think in unique ways. This honestly makes me more interested in chess because of the amount of depth I'm discovering it has! Also you earned a sub from me. You are entertaining!

Agadmator also showed this game, but what's interesting is that Agad and Levy both show different lines. Agad shows some computer lines and more in depth analysis, while levy tells a story and his own analysis more related to the real time thoughts of the chess player.

Modern engines show that Ke7 actually leads to a superior position for Black if a certain line is followed. The idea is that the white king is hunted to d5, and if the black king is not on e7, the white king can get away and not be mated.
