The show is "Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead" It stopped on episode 9 out of the 12 slated for release, being put on "indefinite hiatus"... Which, considering that the show's main character is an overworked and abused employee of an animation studio who prefers the literal zombie apocalypse to the years of soul-killing work in an abusive work culture, has a lot of people raising eyebrows. The show's character premise "hitting too close to home" for the industry's comfort is the general consensus among fans as to why one of the most popular shows of the season was shelved. *EDIT:* Since this comment's posting, it has been confirmed that the show would finish it's first season on December 23, 2023! *EDIT 2:* Release date for the remaining episodes was pushed back to December 25th. *EDIT 3:* The show's first season has been completed now, you can go and watch the whole thing. I will not be putting more "EDIT" notes for any future announcements about whether or not a second season is happening.

That's why they stopped it from airing the whole season... It exposed the industry for it's abuse of artists. There was the first episode where he's happy to be free of his work obligations, but they also did a 2-part later where he come across his other boss (who was a survivor) and has to deal with the lingering psychological effects of years of abuse.

Watched the first episode with friends and we unanimously concluded the guy was frothing at the mouth crazy and having a psychotic break from reality. The only question was if it was all a fantasy and he was actually in a padded cell, or if he was wild on the streets punching more-or-less-innocent people in the face.
