My husband works overseas and whe had a phone fight and didn't speak for 2 weeks so I sent him this song and he immediately called me and we made up. Sometimes it takes nothing out of u to say sorry when u kn you're in the wrong and I did because I knew I was wrong. I said some mean things to him because I was having a crappy day and took it out on him. it takes less energy to show love than hate

Anita is very classy and artist like her are what MADE the music industry what it used to be. It's a shame that we will never have artist with as much class and talent again.

...I grew up listening to Anita; I have always known her to be one of the greatest R&B/Soul singers of our time; hell our family home was just a block away from her estate--the house in which she still resides in Grosse Pointe Michigan. However, what I had not realized until revisiting this video is that aside from her out-world vocal abilities--Anita was FINE AS HELL back in the day. If I'd realized this back then; I would have found any ole' excuse to ring her gate on a daily basis. Hell, I must have been blind back then.--Kpayton911

Over the years I've noticed something R & B with Anita Baker, Luther Vandross, Ella Fitzgerald, Ronald Isley used to stand for Rhythm & Blues now with Beyonce, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Trey Songs it stands for plain ole Ratchets & Bullshit. What ever happened to the real meaning behind music, the passion, the love, etc? I'm only 21 and I know the difference between music and noise. Smh music has changed because the music industry is full of imbeciles. Where's my mom's record player and Sam Cooke album when I need it?
