I feel so blessed being able to hear this at this moment of my life when I'm able to love myself unconditionally more often than ever before and fully trust myself to tell my truth even though it upsets the energy vampires. The system needs upset but more importantly empaths need to continue to empower eachother simply by being ourselves and telling our truth.

Congratulations Grandma Northrup! my Dad was diagnosed as Narcistisc and alcoholic and later after my mom died in 1996 of 4 brain tumors and lung cancer, her brother died of bone cancer, he married and the second wife got Cancer his third wife had breast cancer and years later he ended up with bowel cancer, and died in 2017 I think because he was 83 singing less, and he had gut issues for yrs well before the Cancer came in. He got a plaque one yr for his birthday, on that it said, " My doctor told me to give up wine-women and song and keep on singing" so friends, if you ignore your guts, and don't sing, you lose the muscles to sing with and end up with a sore stomach. it's all good to ignore oneself, and ignore the two daughters who loved him? Sometimes I wonder if he was attracted to Cancer? is my negative thinking. His friendships mattered a great deal to him, and that is just perfect to accept and live my life. Thanks for sending me your video Anita , Others say cutting off others will hurt the bottom line and it does. I have to believe in myself. to make it good! I have hugged a cactus plant long enough and forgave day by day, little by little becasue that's all I can do now.

I had a very bad c section, the department was short staffed and the lady who sat with me afterwards suggested my husband stay the night with me (I was in high dependency and quite poorly) to help me - they were very short staffed that night and another emergency section was in progress and the lady was called to help - my husband had decided earlier not to stay, so I had to cope alone in a room with my new baby. Apparently my husband said he was “too tired and needed rest”. I had had labour for about 16 or more so hours, and then a emergency section, bled such a lot and was very very poorly, and so I was as you can imagine very exhausted. But my husband (now ex) had needed the sleep and the next day made me feel dreadful.

I had a similar experience. My water broke and I was on the fitness ball bouncing most of the time for almost 50 hours and then my husband who was absent throughout the process complained that he was tired!

Narcs in my life - my mother, two ex husbands, bosses, friends. Three daughters, one is a diagnosed Borderline addict, the other two are just really selfish. I'm 58 and known about narcissism for about 6 years now. Since I found out I have gotten rid of all of them over the last few years. I am a intuitive empath and can feel people's energy and physical symptoms - my last ex husband made me physically ill when he was around. He only had energy in the three lower chakras - my mother has no energy anywhere - very odd! I think being around these people created my intuitive ability - also only realised I had it around the same time I discovered narcissism.

I'm so thankful for the both of you. This video was so relevant to me as I have been through this. I have recently made a direct connection between getting a spinal tumor, which lead to some sexual distinction and dealing with my 1st ex husband who was abusive. I realized that I was taking good sex off the table, that I no longer felt he deserved that. I am now in a healthy relationship though and still dealing with the sexual dysfunction. Could it be that I am trying to reassure myself that I will be loved and wanted for more than just my body or do you think it's purely physical?
@andreaandrea67164 жыл бұрын
YES!!!! A HEALTHY ego will STOP you from being abused!!! You will say "What's this???? Oh, HELL NO!!!" and walk away from someone who is disrespectful/abusive. OMG... as women, we are brainwashed into suppressing our anger, our feelings of anger or outrage at any unhealthy situation. UGH!!! The stupidity of it....

Another great video! Women need to hear about how wonderful they are and how important they are. I think we've lost our sense of truth, worth and honesty in ourselves for many different reasons. It's time to love yourselves, love the fellow women in our lives and to live a life of love. I went through so much trying to make everyone in my life happy, but you risk not seeing your own worth in that and your body begins to react to that self defeating lifestyle. You bring so much to the world if you just love yourself and can bring that to every relationship. It's life changing, really!

I am a man. When I was 17 a woman said to be 'psychic' approached me and said she had never seen anyone with such a bright aura. That I would lead many to the Light. I have often thought - especially last few years that I also drew 'dark' for some reason. It made sense. But I've realised it can't hurt us. We can feel oppressed for a time not understanding. Now I just tell it to piss off - 'Get behind me Satana'.

I wish this lady had let Anita talk a bit more because I feel that Anita brings such a fresh perspective to some older New Age ideas which can be a bit cynical. Although I’m glad that she brought up some topics that I have wanted to hear Anita talk about for a long time! And I would add that the best protection from these energy ‘vampires’ etc is to strengthen your own healthy ego and come into your own power.
@elizfoley41786 жыл бұрын
Here here, agreed. Let Anita talk, she has more to offer.
@Dania346 жыл бұрын
eliz foley Thanks for the support Eliz! I was thinking more in this and realize more and more that it’s not so much about stopping others who are abusers, bullies and ‘vampires‘ but about strengthening ourselves as people, as a society and a globe to the point where we cannot be manipulated, coerced, threatened or lied to any more. That’s why Anita tells us to focus on the positive and allowing ourselves the space to get stronger and be true to ourselves because it’s in doing so that we’ll connect to that inner strength which is our birth right. And all boats rise with the tide so if you can do it for yourself you give others permission to do it for themselves and inspire others to be strong, while and magnificent beings.

While identifying vampire is important, spending too much focus on differentiation can make one trapped into duality judgement. Getting away vampire is a good short term tactics but probably not always a good strategy to apply in universal sense. More importantly, this getting away concept should not be carved at mind level. That could make us judgy ... So do get away from vampire, but don't fall into the habit of labeling everyone as vampire and non vampire. The side effect of doing that at can eventually outweight the initial benefit. If you are with vampire, you likely already sense it.

I am one of the few women I know who SEES the Red Flags and PAYS ATTENTION to them. I will 'cut off my nose to spite my face' in order to NOT LET MYSELF STAY WITH NARCISSISTIC MEN. I will MAKE MYSELF walk away from the relationship if I have been disrespected. I may grieve for a year afterwards (like an idiot, but there you have it; I'm not perfect!), but it's better than being in that cycle of crazy where you are questioning whether or not it was YOU WHO MADE HIM BEHAVE THAT WAY ("...not!!!!"). I must have spent LIFETIMES in those Godawful relationships ... enough lifetimes to learn NOT to do it THIS time.

What kind of living is that? I mean really seems a little sad for me even if I was bother in my life for any of them, we all are in the same place...
