I'm letting you in on a little secret... I'm terrible at meditating! I do, however, love to journal. In this video I share some advice on effective journaling and how it can be used to shift and increase our energy.

Hi Anita, like you l tried meditation, felt relaxed afterwards but never actually achieved anything. Your method is fantastic and I thank you for sharing it. So structured and designed to elict actual results. Understanding how empaths and introverts operate has been a real eye opener. Could have done with that information back in the 60s. May God reward you for all you are doing to raise the consciousness of the planet. Love from Australia.

Great talk. Note that sympathetic is fight or flight stress response while the parasympathetic is rest and restoration phase - so necessary for healing.

My Naturopathic doctor recommended me to rebound and other protocols because of some things going on with my health(lymphatics, inflammation, immune system, thyroid, hypothalamus, estrogen dominance, unalignment) where did you get your rebounder needing a good reasonably priced good quality one that will last and hold my weight 260 to 265 depending on time of day and other factors I suppose! And hopefully it is easier than walking with unaligned spine and hips omgoodness me painful afterwards!

Completely agree with you it’s crucial to maintain your own highest vibration, especially noticeable after a retreat. Coming back to your old environment or people can almost always bring that down. So important to recharge.

I know the video is about a year ago but lately I reread your first book again and when I finished it I started going through every single video that you have uploaded in your channel because simply what you say makes me feel good. I would like to add a simple thing that I am doing when I have to do something that I don't want to do but I can't say no either. The thing I do is trying to find if there is something that I might like in that situation. Or invent something. For example if I have to go in a bank I imagine that maybe in that place I might find the love of my life. Or if I have to go in a social event I try to find what should I wear or how I will wear something that would sock in good or weird way everybody in the event. I hope those examples can help a little someone. Much love to you Anita and Danny and Ambie and well everyone in the universe 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Was never into journaling but u have inspired me to give it a go. I especially liked your idea about doodling when the thoughts aren’t flowing. Takes the pressure off the continual writing a little bit 🦋 😊!!

I am going to try Journaling! I have been really rattled and can't sit still from all the chaos, can't even read a book? But seeing you and your amazing spirit has helped me find my smile again. Still crazy but have journal to do now!!!

Thank you for such a great video! I love the idea of journaling on exactly what you have suggested. I can see how this could be very beneficial in my life. I am going to start mine today. I already have a blank journal handy! Currently, I'll have random thoughts about why I might be feeling physically or mentally drained but I don't take the time to REALLY think about it. This would be a great asset. Also, I'd like to mention that in the beginning of your video (at about 5:40) you inadvertently reversed the definitions of the sympathetic nervous system verses the parasympathetic nervous system. Thank you for everything and for sharing your gift with

One of my to do list/wish list is to come to Sedona AZ to do a retreat with you on being Sensitive. I am in Australia, we are not allow to travel right now, so please I hope you will schedule it again sometime in the future, so I can come. I grew up in HK also - same age as you!

Anita, I hope you can read my message. I am struggling with negative energy. What I mean by this is that I tend to absorb people’s energy, people’s negative energy. I can be thrilled, joyful, however, the moment I get in touch with anyone whose energy is dense and not uplifting, I get caught by it. My spirit and energy drop, they go the lowest low and I can’t keep up with my initial positivity. I am so weary. It is so frustrating!! Then I ask myself why I can’t: number 1 maintain my own healthy energy and number 2 why I haven’t managed to stop absorbing negative energies. I get lost and sad, I cry because: why can’t it be me the one who transmits my uplifting energy and make it prevail over negativity, imbalanced emotions and tendentious remarks about my actions, opinions, lifestyle and so on. I also end up so angry that I shoot my darts and kind of attack subtlety and all I get is emptiness, I feel helpless because I realize I cannot deal with people’s way of thinking and feeling. And I know, I get the feeling that I want to be much more than that. I don’t like this at all. It isn’t me. Ir isn’t my essence but I feel I have been pushed up to point where I attack, with actions , sarcasm…It certainly doesn’t end well. In addition It seems I am always the most affected. I am the one who hurts. What can I do? What do I need to do?

Can I double check please? Could you clarify about Sympathetic and Parasuympathetic nervous systems? I think the Sympathetic is the stress response?? And Parasympathetic is where we are relaxed and centred. I LOVE your work and this video is REALLY helpful. Thank you so much.

I am interested in videos like this because at my age now of 72 I like to know what is next after we die and I have seen a few on KZbin about people who die and then come back to life and most talk about a God or even Jesus that they met after they died and I would like to know why has you not said anything about God or Jesus and what do you think about people who do say this.

It would feel much more comfortable if you would turn your phone to the horizontal (landscape) position. Think of a TV screen: it is wider than it is tall. We can expand this and your video would fill up our screens. This vertical view of you feels like we are peeking into the room, as though we don’t have permission to come in. Sort of. 🤷🏻‍♀️
